Best Sales Tool and Research Tool Out There!

What do you like best about the product?
Inside View is easy to use, simple to understand and I love that it integrates with SFDC. There is no better tool for research and finding out potential connections in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike are sometimes the family tree associations are difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems I'm solving for are getting new companies on our CRN as well as finding potential contacts and current news to strike up a conversation. The benefits are boundless, many times there are associations and parent relationships that you don't even realize.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool cuts time and puts a multitude of resources at your sales force's fingertips.

Watchlists are my favorite, they allow me to stay current on company activities across my territory.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a number of companies in my territory and the Watchlists feature helps me stay current as to company activities, like funding, acquisitions, mergers, white papers and so much more. I have found the customer service to be excellent. InsideView has a flag feature where you can request an account to be updated, for instant a new company maybe loaded, but the contacts are yet to be updated. You can flag this issue and within 24 hours it is addressed. Overall I have been very impressed with InsideView.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I would like to see a bit more detail as to contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView helps me to target certain clients that are looking for CRO support.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the comprehensive information on contacts at a given company, as well as the the information and insights on the company's industry. In using InsideView, I've gained a deeper understanding of accounts that I am trying to target, and am always able to access information immediately on who the most relevant people are to target. Further, it links automatically to LinkedIn, showing you who are connected to within the company and what teamlink introductions are possible. There are also list-builders, which allow you to create watchlists in order to see new information on target accounts, as well as export lead lists into SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to import leads into my CRM because the country code conflicts with our system. It would be great if you could personalize the entry before importing into SalesForce as to avoid this issue. I also wish that it were possible to create more lists, as this is what allows you to export into Excel. Because I only have 5 lists, I often have to delete and recreate the same list any time that I want to upload information into Excel, which is an extra complicated step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView gives you so much information on a given company, including industry trends, recent news, and key contact information. It's so helpful for outbound prospecting!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think you should definitely use this tool. It is an incredible resource that offers more in-depth insights into companies than other similar resources. It is easier to use and more accurate than other similar tools, and you can gain more information than other resources.I think you should definitely use this tool. What do you like best about the product?
Access to detailed corporate information including revenue, employee size and in some cases specific contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not contain some of the detailed contact information I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One big use is syncing accurate company data from InsideView to Salesforce.com

No solution is perfect, but InsideView provides very good data

What do you like best about the product?
Not only am I able to research a company but I can also see who their competitors are too. That combined with the industry insights her to prepare a talk track for engaging with our contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have more search options like fleet sizes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use InsideView for new prospecting. It has given us a source to load into our CRM for AMs to contact.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize everything for your industry and needs is very helpful. It really helps you understand who are the people in the organization that will be important to your process and research. Being able to upload your list of LinkedIn connections to help you get more touches out there will go a long way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am very new to InsideView I have not seen many dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will be using this on a regular basis as I continue to work deeper and wider into my clients organizations to cross sell our solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The one of the best part which helped me many times is the quality of data and accuracy of the same. The user interface is kind of very easy to use and you dont get stuck somewhere in between your research. This thing will let you run your business and your boss gonna appreciate it for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
So I have been using Insideview since not much a long time but as far as I learned is that they lack in information about India. Also, there should be someone to update the data in realtime. May be this could help us a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, firstly this helps me to know the past and present of a person whom I'm trying to connect with and also, if someone tries to be in contact them this helps me know where he is contacting from and his/her company name. So this is kind of research tool for me right now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No doubt if you're in a position where you need to contact people's from different companies or need some relevant data, then Insideview is the best place.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used several ABM Platforms and the things that I like the most about DemandBase are:
- Easy to use and simple to set-up
- Reporting functionality (allows you to show trend over time and compare different cohorts against each other) to see how your accounts are moving through the funnel.
- Integration with SFDC
What do you dislike about the product?
- The ad serving platform is pretty manual. You can't run display ad campaigns yourself in the campaign, you have to provide them to the CSM team to set-up. You are also billed on an impression basis vs. CPC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Better targeting and understanding of which accounts are showing intent.
- Arming the sales team with better information.
- Driving awareness with target accounts, driving more qualified web traffic.
