Love how much information it has BUT the Interface its not intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much information you can get and the integration it has with other systems - the notifications with slack are amazing

Its hard to get to that information - although it tracks a lot its hard to see what is being track

Knowing who is the market or may be evaluating competitors

What do you like best about the product?
I like its ability to scale sales automation, we can maintain all communications between multiple team members. I love the tool for its ability to include custom fields, there's an incredible variety of features to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a great experience so far, all the major systems are working as they should. I have nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and intuitive to implement, its intuitive dashboard made automating my routine tasks a breeze. Their customer service is exceptional, and they have excellent inbox management.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing high intent accounts and being able to action these with dialled up marketing and sales efforts. It's made our ABM GTM approach more about precision rather than guesswork.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming when you get started but learn on your onboarding and account manager to support. Third party experts have been incredible for us in getting the most out of the platform.

Customisable reporting views, clear data on funnel reporting, clear actionable insights and alerts for sales teams to act on.

There is sometimes an overwhelming amount of data to interpret and manage, but this is a good problem to have.

Demandbase One gives us clear insights into our target account lists, prioritizing the accounts for the highest intent. It brings our sales and marketing functions closer together, which is vital to driving successful ABM programs.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of insights it gives us around intent and engagement is invaluable for giving us focus for our target accounts. It's easy to use, the interface is user friendly and the visualisations of results and journey stages is really clear. Being able to layer on lots of different touch points to give a wider picture is hugely valuable.

That there is so much insight, where do we start?!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to show ABM influenced pipeline, helping us move away from traditional marketing metrics - providing a rounded picture of what's happening with our accounts and where to focus. Also to launch targeted campaigns across the funnel, reaching new accounts.

We have been using MQLs for years and we have seen a lot of success in moving to MQAs. In Client it has been particularly useful in identifying the products which they may be looking to purchase as an add on, or identifying the competitors which they may be looking at.

The implementation was quite long and involved a lot of time commitment to get it up and running.

Helping us to identify the accounts which are engaging the most with our content and not just individuals. We have seen a huge difference in ROI and pipeline.
