What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the user interface; it's very intuitive, which has made the overall user experience excellent. I also value how it provides personalized content on our homepage, helping ensure that visitors don't leave right away simply because they aren't aware that we offer a solution for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase is indispensable for anyone looking to deliver personalized messages to their audience and create an outstanding experience. I have no complaints; I especially appreciate being able to flag important companies, with the system then automatically monitoring them and providing me with daily updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has mainly helped improve segmentation, reach, and conversions, enabling me to identify accounts that show strong purchase intent and segment them accordingly. Organizing the email cadences provides a clear overview and practical structure, making it easier for me to monitor how potential customers engage with my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about demandbase are - 1. Unified data from different sources. 2. It's integration with CRM, Salesforce in my case. 3. Great customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing i can think of as of now. Everything is going smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase integration with Salesforce is a great help for us in keeping the accounts data up to date. With just a click on refresh tab it updates all the fields in the Account section in CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Demandbase One for six months to facilitate outbound prospecting, and it's been an impressive experience. Setting up Demandbase One was pretty straightforward, which I found very convenient. One of the standout features is the ability to get complete coverage on our outbound prospecting efforts and ideal customers, which significantly enhances our brand awareness. I find it incredibly useful to see what companies are engaged in our content. Additionally, I appreciate the feature that allows content to be automatically distributed based on a variety of factors, which simplifies our process and increases efficiency. Another critical benefit is the ability to reach many accounts in a short term, which is significant for our operations. We use Demandbase One in conjunction with HubSpot, and this combination works well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the criteria to enter the account-based marketing program in Demandbase One problematic. The data regarding company revenue is often incorrect, and the employee count can be very inconsistent. This inaccuracy results in difficulties ensuring that our target accounts are correctly included and not unjustly denied based on faulty criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Demandbase One to ensure complete coverage in outbound prospecting, enhancing brand awareness by targeting ideal customers, which significantly impacts our reach and allows us to engage efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase has been very helpful for us, the thing which i like about it is that how it pulls everything together for account based marketing in one place. There is no need of jumping between different tools to figure out visitors in your website and what they are interested in and how to reach them, Demandbase gives a clear idea and connect view of all that activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing for now, i am satisfied by using this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the challenges of figuring out which accounts actually matters and where they are in the buying process. Earlier we were spending much time to chasing leads that was looking fine on papers but never went anywhere. But with the use of Demandbase, we can see the real engagement data.

Ambitious platform that doesn’t quite live up to its potential

What do you like best about the product?
It has a ton of good tools under one roof, like account targeting, intent data, ads, analytics. When it all works, it really does help you get a clearer view of what’s happening across your accounts. The intent data is probably one of my favorite aspects of the product because it helps narrow in on the right targets faster. I also like that it connects pretty easily with Salesforce and HubSpot, which saves some setup time. My team mainly uses it for account data management, marketing analytics, and attribution. In theory, it should make ABM a lot smoother, and on good days, it actually does.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s kind of a beast to learn and it'll take some time to get the hang of. Additionally, the platform feels more complicated than it needs to be, and honestly, data syncing isn’t always reliable. While support is available, it shouldn't be a constant use just to get some decent use out of the platform. Reporting takes time, and sometimes it feels like you need a full-time admin just to keep it organized. A few of the features don’t really connect well with the rest, which makes it clunky to use day to day. The idea behind it is great, because I see the vision of what it’s trying to accomplish, but the actual experience can be frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, it’s helped bring our sales and marketing data together so it feels like we’re finally working from the same playbook between the two aspects. Being on a B2B account, a solid ABM strategy makes or breaks your fiscal year, so I appreciate using this tool to aid in reaching the right audience. My team uses it to track intent signals, manage account data, and report on campaign performance. The intent signals have definitely helped us focus on the right accounts instead of wasting time on low-quality leads. Reporting has become a bit more structured too, which makes it easier to show campaign impact during leadership reviews. Overall it’s helped with alignment and focus, but it takes more time and upkeep than expected to really get consistent value out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that i like is how seamlessly it combines account-based marketing (ABM), intent data, and sales intelligence into a single, unified platform. It gives our marketing and sales teams a clear, shared view of high-value accounts, helping us prioritize efforts where they matter most. The real-time intent signals are a game-changer, we can see which accounts are actively researching solutions like ours, and tailor outreach accordingly. The integrations with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other tools are smooth and save a ton of time. Overall, it empowers us to be more strategic, targeted, and data-driven in everything we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Demandbase One is a powerful platform, there is a learning curve, especially for new users. Some parts of the interface can feel a bit complex at first, and it takes time to fully unlock the value of all the features. Also, while the intent data is incredibly useful, occasionally the signal strength can vary, so it’s important to validate with additional research. That said, their support team and resources are helpful, and once you get up to speed, the platform delivers strong ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase offers a seamless user interface that is very easy to navigate. I particularly appreciate how it lets me customize experiences by building custom lists using a variety of filters and selectors. Additionally, I find the interface especially helpful because it enables us to add tags and custom fields quickly and efficiently.

Overall, I have no complaints. I am quite pleased with the outcome, as it delivers highly valuable information for our organization. It plays an active role in helping our marketing and sales teams make timely connections and establish important contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, this tool has significantly enhanced the quality of my sales strategy, and its automation features have saved me a considerable amount of time. Running email campaigns is seamless, and it offers all the functionalities that a lead generation team requires. I also appreciate the multi-channel outreach capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate it if more templates were available, especially for when a prospect clicks. Additionally, I wish the exported data would download instantly, as there can occasionally be a slight delay.

We've been able to schedule more meetings with our potential clients, saving me a lot of time and effort. It's allowed us to optimize our communication efforts, and the improved productivity has helped our team.

Demandbase One Keeps Getting Better

What do you like best about the product?
It seems like every few months there's new functionality to use/learn about, so the platform has grown along with us on our ABM journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning new functionality does come with a pretty constant learning curve, which can be frustrating, but the platform is usually very intuitive (once a feature is out of beta anyway).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big one is of course the de anonymysation of traffic at the account level, and the ability to personalize experiences based on selected parameters. We sell into a LOT of different industries so our site content is often trying to be everything to everyone and isn't super effective as a result.
