Happay's platform is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, even for those without technical expertise. This makes it simple for employees to submit expenses and for managers to approve them.

Nothing in particular, however Happay shall continue to update itself with ever changing business needs.

It is a one stop integrated solution with our procurement software and credit carfs which enables ease of operations and is user friendly.

Smooth functioning of the Happy, that all the things are easily traceable.

Sometimes Happay team reject the expenses multiple times even after amount is mentioned.

I am having an overall good experience with happay , easy to use , much easier to claim expenses.

The one thing which i like the most in happay is OCR functionality.

The one thing which i dislike the most in happay is that some time i face speed issues while using the happay.

No. of clicks reduces while adding the expense so now we can save our time while adding the expense report .

Over the course of our journey, we have consistently received exceptional support from both the delivery and product teams, which has significantly enhanced operational experience. Additionally, Happay has proven to be cost-effective, further adding to its value.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have observed that while Happay has made significant investments in enhancing various functionalities and features, there remains a limitation in the flexibility to modify the user interface. Currently, the ability to adjust the application's theme to align with firm guidelines is not available. Additionally, incorporating key KPIs on the landing page tailored to different personas for quick reference and actions would be beneficial. While the functionalities are robust, an improved user interface could further elevate the customer experience.

Customizations and the ease of implementing complex enhancements according to business needs have significantly improved our operational efficiency. The solution also offers various modes of integration with ERP systems and other touchpoints, ensuring a seamless experience.
