Happay is a highly user-friendly expense management tool that excels in ease of use and customer support, making it an integral part of our daily operations. Implementation and integration with other systems are generally smooth, though some minor improvements could be made. With its comprehensive features and frequent usability, Happay proves to be an effective and valuable solution for managing financial operations.
What do you dislike about the product?

HAppay is very user friendly portal. Also the dispute resolution mechanism is very good.

Happy is very well designed portal & very easy to understand and use.

Less number of fields hence it saves time by eliminating unnecessary information. User friendly & easy to use. Its well integerated & presented as the expenses done through Corporate Cards gets sync in no time. Also we can reach out to Happy team for any support. I frequently use this portal to claim my expenses. Really appreciate the implentation of the design of this portal.

Expenses dont through corporate card gets sync automatically & we dont have to enter much information again.

The best part about the app is it's ease of use. The reports are submitted very smoothly. It also has a number of valuabe features.

It does not have a ChatBOT to assist us.
