Easy yo manage official expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Better understanding of the expenses in chronological order. Ease of managing and getting approval from manager. Easy to track the expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to signing in sometimes. Automatically signing out just after signing in in some browsers, but not everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better tracking and submission of my company expenses. Less usage of paper documents. Easy to submit expense even from a mobile.
Very useful and convinient
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is very useful in quickly updating the receipt, before it gets lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing comes to my mind as such it it very simple and easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very few people in the company have a business credit card, so the majority of people need to spend and then expense, for a variety of things. Before we used to have a very manual process, including spreadsheets. This is much easier and clear.

fast in process, accuracy and help in generating track reports
What do you dislike about the product?
as of now nothing, but some time have faced problem billing twice loaded due to network issue.

We are keeping record of petty cash and very quick & easy

What do you like best about the product?
It definitely automates the process of expense reporting and allows for the additional useful function of booking travel. The ease of allocating an expense and attaching supporting documents all online is very helpful - reduces all of the paperwork and keeps better track than my file cabinet!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think od anything I dislike about Happay at this point in time

Automation of expenses, better tracking for record keeping, budgeting, and reimbursement.
Happay is a perfect expense management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create reports and enter in expenses. It has a good GUI, or graphical user interface that can be accessed using web browser. Easy to book travel and handle all of the charges that occur on the trip
What do you dislike about the product?
Attaching receipts to reports is not as easy as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses this software for handling expenses from our corporate business card which is used for travel and meals. This web based solution is used by user and then by managers to authorize the charges on the card. It is nice to have a program that can be accessed anywhere.
Great expense management tool
What do you like best about the product?
This software is very straight forward. There are specific fields that you are required to fill out and then you are basically done with every entry. You can use this software on the computer AND you can use it on your phone with the app. I have never used an easier expense management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part of Happay that I dislike is the lodging expense area (which may only be pertinent to my company) but there is no easy way to divide up certain lodging expenses when they are not even
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Happay, expenses were handled through an excel spreadsheet and physically turned into Finance. Now that I'm using Happay, it's a lot easier to submit expenses, plan travel and keep company spending in check because it's all on the computer. It is an easy way to keep organized while keeping on a necessary budget. It's a great tool that everyone should be using!
Great Software for Travel Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient to book travel for multiple people. Includes flight hotel and car in the same screen. I also used for booking travel as well with is conenient. Everything is a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is difficult to navigate, settings are not well-organized and easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is unified and electronic way of expense reports to be submitted and/ or reimbursement fo the whole university. As departments handle their own budgets but reimbursement's arent approved by departments, this makes it easy to send the information where it needs to go.
Great mobile app
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all my transactions import all in one place. Additionally, I love using the mobile app to take pictures of my receipts to attach to my expense reports instead of scanning them on the copier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the transactions would appear sooner in Happay. Right now its about 2-3 days for transactions to appear.

Submitting expense reports on time and not having late payments on my corporate card
Easy to use expense management solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to submit my expense reports and track what stage of processing the reports in. The interface is also pretty user-friendly once your settings are complete. I also really like the idea of a work-based database of travel plans. It feels like a good safety feature as well as convenient for tracking trips, work-related or otherwise
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a little confusing to update settings while in the report itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like this as a customer. So much easier to submit expense reports. As a traveling consultant it is easy to lose receipts on the go or on the road, so this made it easier keeping an electronic record of purchases.
Great system for managing expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I love Happay for keeping all my travel and business related travel expenses organized. It is not only helpful for my organization, but when I was an executive administrative assistant, it helped me to keep my executives organized. I also really appreciate the phone application which allows users to take pictures of receipts and save to expense reports - a huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have ever had is with trying to get the app to link with the site
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to easily track purchasing card usage and alleviate the load on our office business manager. Because I am able to scan and upload my own receipts and review reports it speeds the administrative process along. In addition it gives me the ability to book travel and our business manager to see and track without having to do it themselves.
