Reimbursements made simpler
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the classification of the expenses and categories of expenses. It has made easier to download reports and track workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least liked aspect maybe that the mobile app report creation could be easier. Selection of expenses to create reports is a tedious task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped to solve the problem to understand the types and amount of expense that is incurred in a month. With the mileage feature it has become easier to track car expense.

The only advice would be to surely try happay and understand the benefits and ease of usage.

My Organization eastern is using Happay and we are very happy for this app. Its simple and very easy to use. We have integrated Happay to our ERP Oracle also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually what to say nothing is there to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier the Travel expense were manually done by all the users. So this was very difficult to collect and enter to ledger and all the stuff. now its easy .

Its very easy to use the application and can be integrate with our applications easily.

rewards management and expenses made easy, easy to upload and manage expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time taken for workflow approval and finance processing. need to be bit faster. As it takes more than 15 days to get finances approved. till than you have to wait always for your money. its your money blocked and need to get that money back in time.

we can actually manage our expenses and have an overview of our work and money spent for official work

What do you like best about the product?
Happay allow us to control take control of All employee reimbursement remotely.. user are happy as they can she where is the there claim pending also they got instant money from company for spending.. submission of claim is entirely digital, user just have to tale snap of bill and submit.. user were amaze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Showing money withdrawn but money not get disburse and its take too much time to get money back and process is also very long.. User are not able to set ATM (card) password of there choice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized my that my much of time is not wasting when the matter comes on claim my expenses. I simply take 15 min everyday to upload my bills on happay. And no need to tell my finance team about my expenses. Because it has a ease elaborate the expenses.

Simple interface. Very convenient and highly accessible.

Processing speed is little slow else everything is nice.

What do you like best about the product?
Superb App for Expense Management. The App gives a great intuitive UI for segregation of expenses and reimbursement
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing In Particular . The App is as good as any other app , haven't used other Expense Management Apps to compare. The first time setup is a little time consuming however the app seems like AI based which gives frequently used sections on a daily basis . I have used the app on and off for company expenses and have had a seamless usage history

I think it would be more useful if we can save our expenses in it in offline mode. Otherwise it is best app.
