My Company is using it as a reimbursement Tool, Too effective and easy to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
Every approval you receive a notification on your email and you can always visit the app and web portal to check the status, Also you can email the approver from the portal itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major Dislikes however it would be great if you can also have a Call option like you have an email option available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reimbursement tracking made so easy, It's one of the complex problems for any company which you soln for.. Cheers.

The features provided are amazing, you can put in a request for Advance and also transactions can be distributed into various departments in which expenses are made.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ATM withdrawal charges that are being levied & also there is no facility of UPI or Online Transfers.

We get a record of all operational expenses at a single place.

The easy to use online expense management tool. Great and quick customer service.

If there can be an option to change the card PIN online. I don't know about others but Food cards do not have it.

Trying to reload balances back in the new cards but it is not has happened due to some glitches in the system.

The best is the description that it fetches for the expenses. It gives the company confidence in the expense claim. Takes slightly lesser time for the employees to make claims

The Happay Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that different employees can share money from the same pool of money that has been assigned for a particular project. It helps a lot in keeping the budget aligned within everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that we cannot use the Happay app to pay in any UPI based payment modes like Google pay or Paytm. People should be able to do the payments by scanning the QR code at any shop from the app or something similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, the benefit of keeping a particular project where multiple people are working on, in the budget. Also, the fact that any project lead can be allowed to monitor the expense regularly is very important. Thus, it helps the company managers to stay away from every project details and budget.

It is a great tool to keep track of financials within the organisation. You should definitely give it a try.

Aesthetic and No app screen lock., yes app needs to be more colourful because its already well developed.
