A great tool for expense management
What do you like best about the product?
happay really makes employees office expenses and reimbursement management so easy.

Any conversational exchanges w.r.t. any claim cant be accomated in the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a one stop platform for all expense realted item. also Expense rejection rates have been reduced quite a lot since we moved to happay

easy and convenience to use. The ui is easy to understand and self explanatory

draft does not get saved automatically. This feature needs to be added

The expense management has become quite easy. Earlier erp software required too much irrelevant information

I feel more organized with my finance and receipts now, but I also don't like the way it's set up because I'll be spending a lot of time just getting it to work.

Get it if you need to manage expenses, just expect a learning curve.

There are some gaps in Cash expense management, especially ATM cash withdrawal getting reconciled against corresponding expenses

Managing recurring organizational expenses. By assigning a Happay card and loading it with money, we can make business expenses without needing to pay upfront and getting reimbursed

What do you like best about the product?
Happay makes it easy for me to claim any expense reimbursements easily from my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't use the alphabet in Invoice numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track the status of any reimbursement claims.

Better than Sodexo. Widely accepted which is a huge plus. We used it in our company to track financial expenses, and categorisation of expense is very useful

2F autentication can be included. New UI is not as user friendly as the old UI. Refund time takes very long.

Remembering each of the expenses is a huge task and Happay solves that problem efficiently.
This is very user friendly to use for any Organisation.

It is a master card, so widely accepted than any other meal card, and the APP is perfect

They can add the scan feature from the app such that we no need to carry cards always

Most of the meal cards are sodexo or zeta etc but this is master card

Flexible usage of money and serves just like an ATM card. Also helps in redeeming it as cash.
