Business Partnering Team and backend IT team support is amazing & cooperative. They understand the requirement & they have a solution to your problem. They ensure the best user experiences, smooth platforms easy to understand.

Backend user interface and their backend IT team dependability on updating budgets from the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Happay is solving our day-to-day claim expenses management system for Xiaomi distribution fertinity. They manage the claims + Card renewal for petty cash expenses. They also manage our other asian countries' entities' spends and R2R process.
Great product and have matured over the years. Tools needs some improvements on system controls

Loaded features, reporting and integrations with banks/credit cards. Dedicated team to address client conerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization and client specific requirements takes time. Response time and solution to technical enhancments can be further improved.

Happay is helping us to address the specific need on store reimbursement expenses which is very specific to retail industry and it will help enhancing the product and improve controls at our end.

What do you like best about the product?
Instant filing of expenses via mobile application with built-in AI capabilities is really intuitive and enhances customer experience and makes the expense reimbursement process less painful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. They are doing a fair job in terms of making travel and expense filing an easy and seamless process. Further, integrations with LOB applications like SAP, NAV, etc. make the life of finance executives very simple.

Expense filing, reimbursements, imprest requirements, and travel bookings are some items Happay has bought under one roof, making the entire expense reconciliation process seamless.

Happay is the best for expense management, you can simply go for it. It saves process time and reduces human interactions to a larger extent hence the cost.

The user interface is so nice. Virtual cards are easy to use. Great customer relationship

No Dislikes. Earlier, it was a shorter credit period, but now from Jan 202e onwards, it has been increased by 7 days and its good

What do you like best about the product?
Admin control to manage users and change limits instantly. Quick line issuance and 24*7 support to resolve issues faced by the users. Traditional corporate cards used to take lot of time to approve the limit. Also their admin portal is not user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credit period is only 7 days post-bill generation. Usually, corporate cards will have 15 to 20 days of the credit period.Hence increasing credit limit would be an added advantage to Happay
