Best solution for Corporates expenses

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this card for my business expenses for the past few years, and I am very satisfied with its features and benefits.

First and foremost, the Happy corporate card is same as any other credit or debit card. I appreciate the intuitive user interface of the mobile app and the simple process for tracking expenses. I can easily view my spending, categorize expenses, and export reports for my accounting team. Overall, I highly recommend the Happy corporate card to any business owner looking for a reliable and rewarding system for their company expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest issues I have encountered is that the card charges fees for ATM withdrawals. I find it inconvenient that I have to pay a fee every time I need to withdraw cash.

Another challenge I have faced is that if a payment fails during an online transaction, the refund process can be time-consuming. I have had this happen a few times, and each time it has taken several days for the refund to be processed and the funds to be returned to my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Happy EPIC corporate card provides excellent tracking and reporting tools that have helped me stay on top of my ad spend. I can easily see all of my ad expenses in one place, and the online dashboard makes it easy to categorize and analyze my ad spend data. This has allowed me to identify trends and optimize my ad campaigns more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Happay offers a complete and integrated solution to manage your expenses. With a mobile app that automates expense filing and a solution that offers real-time spend visibility for agile decision-making and tighter budget controls, you have the best software for expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing negative about it, Image uploading is sometimes hectic otherwise its all good.

Happay tackled the inefficient branch petty cash problem with a customized end-to-end solution. By assigning Happay cards to the outlets, they manage and monitor all branch petty cash transactions centrally

What do you like best about the product?
1. Hassle-free transactions with a fully automated system in place.
2. The AI-enabled part is very useful and saves our backend team time for example amount and bank details are auto-filled from the PO or copy of the cheque attachment.
3. Outstanding serviceability, means when we register an issue it gets resolved hourly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike is adding new vendors once it has been approved, then only the maker can initiate payment. This is a waste of time if someone has to approve the vendor addition once and authorise the payment again. Well, it is also frustrating for the management to log in again and again because they prefer to do it once a day. Also, it gives rise to a delay in the vendor payment by one day for any new vendors because management may not approve 2 times a day.

Suggestion: -

You may add a feature, as other banks have an "existing vendor" or "new vendor" selection and allow the maker to select that he can initiate the transaction. And the authorizer can approve both new vendor registration as well as authorise the transaction at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Happay is solving our working capital requirement problem to pay the local vendors.
2. Due to happay facility we are able to run our sites in india without interruption.
3. Our expense management in terms of the local stuff is benefitted because of the credit facility.
4. Happay expenses prepaid card is also helping a lot to transfer money to our workers and site manager who are working across the country.

Great Expense Management Tool for Companpies

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Happay for the past few months and I must say I'm impressed with the platform. I mostly use it during my business travels & it has always been seamless to use it for any payments and to also provide my company with the list of expenditures on a real time basis. It is also really easy to add receipts & manage everything at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as such, there are certain instances when the server goes down & I am not able to make payments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the requirement of seeking constant reimbursement for business expenses as you can directly pay from the happy card issued to you with budget constraints.

The idea of issuing multiple cards according to user requirements along with the dashboard attracts us more

Nothing in Happay which we dislike. may be costing can be something they may work up on

Biggest problem we were facing is the payment through credit card and controlling of the expenses which happy resolves for us.
