One of the best Choice among cards and alternative to payment tools
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Happay Card for more than two years now, haven't faced any single issue payments. International transactions probably one of best I have seen. Excellent customer service and quick resolution, Always on top of implementing new features to the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, however one tap payment could be bit more faster..Tech teams may have to work with payment gateways to make it possible...
Currently it is around 6-7 seconds which could be reduced to 3-4 seconds

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the payments are lot more easier and it's all inside one app, lot of visibility and transperancy.
No third party apps are needed anymore to track personal/professional expenses

Very helpful for business spending
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to file expenses anymore and reimbursements come early. I used to hate the process of expense filing and would most often forget it but now I pay for business expenses directly using the card
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much-- it took me a little while before I started using the product because there was inertia at first. But once I started using it, it wasn't very tough to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Happay is digitizing all the payments. It is helping me make payments efficiently and I don't have to care about saving all the bills all the time anymore.
Really good Product
What do you like best about the product?
Probably the best expense management software. very easy to file expenses. Approvals are fast. Travel booking is also really good
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. UX can be improved slightly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense filing was on emails earlier which was a huge pain point. Reimbursements were delayed. We had to spend almost a day every month to file expenses.
I have been using this card since July 2022 & very satisfied with the Credit Limit.

Keeping track of your expenses is easy & convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think so, as it's a corporate card. Would have appreciated it if there were points allocated based on the expense so that one can redeem them.

What do you dislike about the product?
The portal is a little difficult to operate. Every time you move to the next page the search/filter gets altered. There is no option to download all receipts in one go for a review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitization of payments and avoiding pressure on employees to pay for a corporate expense and claim later. Traditional credit cards are hard to issue and tracking of usage is delayed.

Prepaid cards. Stuff alright need much more effort put in. Backend also very slow. No response - if given task they take sweet own time to complete & need repeatedly for getting work done

Nothing specific comes to mind when thinking about what we like about Happay at MPL.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Happay is only there as a backup incase other providers do not work. The UI for their platform is very unimpressive and dull and definitely not something we would want to use in today's world.
Friendly user friendly

Easy transaction in POS, easy payment process on the kiosk

Nothing for now, in case any query raises will update in future

Throught all the problem is getting solved and maintain the track for all the transaction

What do you like best about the product?
It's been quite easy to use the cards, and put on bills and details right away. I've used other tools and the mobile and web experience with Happay is much better!
What do you dislike about the product?
- I couldn't find an option to reset the password - had forgotten my password and was able to login with OTP, but if I wanted to reset it, I didn't see the option

We have limits on what we can spend for our business spends, and happay helps us easily spend the amount through physical and virtual card, and put on bills and expense reports on the app for the fiannce team to review.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Payment process and user interface of Happay Dashboard is very userfriendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Physical Happay card without embossing of name is not easily traced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of payments to third patry vendors like Telephone bill payments, Administrative expenses for staff welfare are easily handled without being waiting for the approvals by the management.
