What do you like best about the product?
Convenient and quick. Useful for purposes wrt operational expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes as such. You can help in setting alerts in case of low balances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of managing operational payments.

The ease of use and security. It requires an OTP when you want to check the card details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I have only 1 card as of now hence have not come across any major issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to use and can be accessed online without the need of any physical card. As we are a remote company, this is quite helpful for us.

It would be great to associate multiple emails/numbers with one card for accessing tops, which will help in the corporate QA process.

It is providing cost effective Accounts Payable solution along with it's EPIC corporate card which helps in maintaining necessary audit trails and control over costs.

Happay has been really user friendly and has a great UI. It has made very easy to update my travel expense

It's very easy to file all expenses and faster reimbursements.

Sometimes the interface is a bit slow but overall it's good

The overall expense filing has become very simple now.

So when I travel I have to raise the expenses and with Happay, it has been really convenient for me to raise it.

What do you like best about the product?
Happay's single integrated for expense, payment and travel has made it an easily accessible product which is very convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's glitchy and the app doesn't work. So have to re login
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reimbursements have become very easy and getting the money back in less than a week is something that I'm very grateful for.
