User Friendly Product with Great offerings
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very Subtle and Easy to use Interface. It has excellent Cashback & other offerings. The product has no hidden & processing costs, giving the Happay team a unique selling point over their competitors. Also, the team is very proficient and customer-centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty in Processing transactions over specific platforms. Transactions often fail and require the Happay Tech team's intervention for processing. The following drawback is also very efficiently addressed by the team, but this is one thing that can be worked upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Businesses walk the tightrope daily by controlling expenditure and maintaining compliance; Happay helps the organization control spending, provides access to capital, makes payments more effortless, and increases compliance & rewards.

The transactions are seamless and fast. Doesn't take time for getting approvals.

Good Card experience - with Safety measures
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of having everything online and making the services digital friendly. The best part I appreciate is the online fixing of amounts and preferences which helps in day to day ops of the card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes cannot connect or understand the reason for the decline and then have to wait to speak to someone to figure out. Otherwise overall am quite happy with the card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that We have a card that helps in collaboration with the company expense reporting system is truly great. This way there is very little window of missing an expense to report.

Facing KYC issues,should get an option to continue for payments or an alternate way so that work is not strucked in between.

Before happay we have to release petty cash to our executives and manage pettycash but now pettycash expenses manage in happay which is very helpful.
