Using Happay for Expense Management in PwC India.
What do you like best about the product?
Happay is a very convenient tool for Expense Management. It has a user-friendly interface. The turnaround time for issue resolutions is also speedy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such I do not find anything which I do not like about Happay. Maybe some fields like date & time which are not relevant can be removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Happay is an effective tool for Expense Management. It is swift and does the job it is expected to do.

It greatly solves the problem of maintaining and managing paper bills. Now I can have all my bills saved and secured under one app.

What do you like best about the product?
Happay expense management is a cloud-based solution designed for businesses of all sizes. It provides features such as expense tracking, report generation and reimbursement management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Happay is an excellent solution for expense management and reimbursement, and I found no drawbacks until now. Its pricing model maybe a little higher for small and medium-scale enterprises.

One of the unique features of Happay expense management is its AI-powered smart audit, which uses a machine learning algorithm to detect fraudulent expenses and policy violations, reducing the risk of financial losses for organizations.

The convenience of having a virtual card and a physical card gives good flexibility for usage across various modes of payments

There is noting in particular that i dislike about Happay

Happay lets us provide virtual cards to employees immediately without any paperwork and lets us modify limits set on the card as and when needed. This is a great feature.

The best part of Happay is the kind of features it's built in while using the software. The UI UX is super friendly for any person of the firm and they make regular changes as per feedback

I personally don't like anything about Happay. The team is very supportive and take regular feedbacks to make necessary changes in the platform which is commendable

Happay is helping me out in all my expense compilation issues which is more or less a daily tasks. Here I can input and do the analysis which otherwise wouldn't be possible conventionally

I found happay credit cards to be the most helpful one. I have used it for official transactions and the best part is happay payments never fail and have 99% success rate.

At John Deere , everyone uses happay meal card provided by the company.
The services are very good, easy to use and the timely updates of transactions both by mail and phone sms. The web-based portal and app both help to easily navigate through account status, activate/deactivate the card, and change the password, PIN and limit of the card. I have been using it at restaurants and online groceries store for payment. Overall, I liked it more than any other meal card that I have used till now.

As of now, I haven't found any dislike as such; I like the product a lot.

At our organization, we are using it as a meal card as it supports payment at most of the payment portals, whether it is an online store or offline. I have used it everywhere for my day-to-day needs related to food and groceries purchase.
