What do you like best about the product?
Quickly see the report of transactions and most secure via 2FA
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems to be nice, but it needs to log in every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of issues with a physical card, like reports and transactions etc and also getting quick support from the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Happy is very easy to use. The ability to monitor spending at an overall level is beneficial and facilitates ease of operations in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there a tech glitches which takes a while to resolve, but haven't come across too many glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to monitor spending at an overall level is very beneficial. We now no longer have to deal in cash to incur expenses. The Happay cards are very useful to minimize usage of cash.

1. Easy to use app interface
2. Tracking of my expenses and approvals
3. Easy-to-understand reports and dashboards
4. Scan feature, which automatically fills in details
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The scan feature still fills in incorrect details; it should be more precise
2. Search feature in reports and expenses should be improved, several unnecessary search fields can be removed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Happay helps me claim reimbursement from my company. For any expense I incur for my job-related activities, I can fill in the details quickly through Happay, submit it, track it, and get the money.

What do you like best about the product?
The portal makes my financing needs extremely organised and easy to manage
What do you dislike about the product?
While the downtimes are low in number, they are generally quite huge when they come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation of my invoices is made easy. It is easy to manage between layers of the uploader, approver, etc. A sound system of maker and checker.

What do you like best about the product?
It's 100% safe and accepted at various restaurants and grocery shops. The wifi feature makes the payment process faster. You can also control the maximum transaction amount on digital and wifi payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Sometimes, Happay is not accepted even in a few popular supermarkets like Big Bazaar.
- There should be a list of brands where Happay can be accepted.
- Lot of transactions failures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Happy has solved is that it has minimised the reimbursement process. You do not need to manually send a lot of emails and wait for your money.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Receipts are auto-scanned with precision
2. Intelligence in miles captured for travel reimbursement
3. Seamless UI
4. Easy to navigate from Report > Expenses > Supporting Proofs Preview on the side
What do you dislike about the product?
1. A lot of fields are reset when filling depending on sequence
2. Edge cases in policies are rejected at source - if there was an option to mark something as an exceptional approval flag while submitting the authorizer would know why an "out of policy" expense is being raised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expenses and Travel budgets allocated to employees based on the policies can be measured and managed via a self serve and helps in swift approval of reimbursements. As a user, I don't have to manually submit bills to an EA who has no context on what bills relate to what trip. I can manage multiple trips by myself and is hence a self-serve.
