Review - Happay
What do you like best about the product?
Happay is easly access, it helps us to upload all kind of bills, it takes sufficient time to get the bills approve and it also to get the amount creadited in bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it also make it difficult to get the approval for some kinds of bill and we need to get approval form manager and as TPR resource we are not accassable to claim a bill and we been get help from other resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of any major dislikes. So far so good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple SaaS subscriptions and through the Happay card, it becomes easier to track these expenses. We also use the card for other company related expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy maintenance of all payments in one place - flexibility to control spending on platforms and to top it all instant communications on balance changes on sms and emailers
What do you dislike about the product?
Acceptance level across all international payments is something I would want Happay to improve on. Also, with the new RBI guidelines, it has become more difficult to set this as a recurring payment option on a lot of networks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and helpful for reporting purpose
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes , the report generated is stuck and i am unable to download it

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Happay for quite some time. I found this app extremely useful. The app is excellent to use. The UI that has been designed for Happay is very user-friendly. The expenses can be claimed very easily and that too in a very reportive manner. The entire process from claiming to settlement is very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, we need to go to report section and then create report. Instead of this, some kind of automation can be done which will directly take to the report screen once the expense is filed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling me to file and claim my expenses in a very smooth manner. It solves the problem of travel and expense management . It stands out as a simple, yet efficient solution to manage and optimize our expenditures. The entire process of Happay from claiming to settlement is very smoothly done.
It was a good experience as Happay made the reimbursement claim process easy and smooth for me
What do you like best about the product?
The communication system of Happay is very useful as all the updates are received on email. Also, it is a single place to manage all expenses including credit card expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the interface is a little slow and dropdowns don't work at times. However, the additional features which helps us copy details of one expense to another and only edit necessary information is very useful for similar occurring expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me with day-to-day expense management. It highlights when by mistake we account for same expense more than once. It informs the progress of submitted reports on email communication which I find very useful.

Easy to understand process even for first-time users for expense management

Loading screen times can be a bit too long, some pages for editing already entered information can stand to have direct links to the original edit field

Easy track of expense incurred during projects and audit of the same for submitting to client for claims

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Happay is that it is fast and secure. The process flows are simple for any kind of reimbursement, and it tracks all my business card payments automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can improve in minor areas like adding expenses in reports and the type of options provided in the expense type as well as the report submission process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our need to manage all expenses through business cards and other external expenses for client-related travels and visits. It helps automatically track all such expenses and streamlines the reimbursement process post-approval.
