The UI is a bit dated and looks like they have not redesigned the UI and UX in ages.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone on our team has been assigned a Happay Card with a monthly budget. The payment experience is seamless, and you can keep a track of all your payments

It sometimes fail to integrate with a certain platforms like Amazon,

Easily manage my official work expenses when I'm travelling for work. From cab bookings, hotel payments, food, etc. Everything is very seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Happay for the past 1 and half years for Expense management, I have found this Application very useful. The UI has been designed in a very user friendly manner.
What I like about Happay is its settlement process, which is very smooth , starting from Claim submission till Payment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Every time I create an expense I need to create a Report additionally and tag the expense under the Report. So, if it can be automated and the report can be created when an expense is created with an option to edit and add additional expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Happay allows me to file my expenses in a very user-friendly and smooth manner.
It allows the settlement process in a very simple way which saves a lot of time and paper work.

The number of steps needed to submit report can be lessened. The credit card transactions do not appear within 3 days. It should be made more seamless

What do you like best about the product?
Interface and customisation. Happay has delivered a versatile tailor made product to cater our travel request for CXO to associate level employees. E2E travel mgmt solution from travel request to final invoice submission and management at a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new joiners it is a complicated product to understand and multiple permutations and combinations have to applied in few case with multiple days of travel and destination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Happay is solving primarily travel management and expense management at a enterprise level. It has been tailor made to our requirements and travel policies which highlights deviation and activates approval workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Happay platform is quite user friendly. Easy to track the claim process till settlement. I am very much satisfied with the service provided by Happay portal. I had specifically like the integration with SBI Corporate Credit Card transaction integration with Happay portal. It really saves a lot of effort to raise the claim, since mostly all details are prepopulated. Also the local conveyance related claims have so many options along with various forms. It gives us flexibility to accurately categorize our claims and submit with necessary supporting documents without any hassles. I hope Happay will keep up the service like this always.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is scope of improvement on how the claim reports are tagged to individual expenses. Some automation may be implemented for better understanding of new users of Happay platform. Since we are required to create an expense item first and then create a report, it seems confusing for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to upload the bills and submit claims in a user friendly manner and also we can track the claim request very easily till it gets settled to bank account.

What do you like best about the product?
Happay includes all the relevant information that are useful in submitting expense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Happy should include the details that which is pending to submit, which has been reimbursed in a clear way, details about the outstanding amount. Mail should trigger to clear your outstanding amunt before date.

Best Expenses Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the software to provide real-time expense & monetary solution (hassle free) is commendable. I really like the user interface as well. It leverages technology which solves employee expense management.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team has been using Happay since long and we haven't find any much disadvantage as such. One thing which I'd like to highlight is that sometimes the network & payment failure became unavoidable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Happay is solving for us is that it control our entire organization Travel and Employees expenses manegement with such ease that hasn't been done otherwise.
