What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to use for everyone. Features are good and UI is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Customer Support taking enough time to reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Happay we are able to automate our expense management, Employees can fill their expenses useing web or mobile application, Now we have expense data in one clink and stake holders are able to analyse category wise expense.

What do you like best about the product?
Its hasselfree for corporate to book tickets at a go,saves lot of time,easy access and with vast reports it becomes easy to analyse.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far did not face any major challenge and it has more positive points when in use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time while booking and audit reports are in positive due to transparency and reports can be shown to auditors .

What do you like best about the product?
Best Happay software for expense reimbursement process, easy to use, customer support is good, easy to view all reports of past, easy to use, auto mailer facility is good which lets us inform the movement of the reimbursement process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be complicated once a new person uses it. There are 2-3 different ways to initiate the same work which creates a problem sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for claiming my official reimbursement and maintaining its records.

What do you like best about the product?
Hardly anything is good. Its just bulky complicate ui with bad support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can write a essay here, but I'll try to keep is short.

1. Even tiny config changes need to raise a ticket and wait for a week
2. And small changes are chargable, i.e if we want to a different kinda approval mechanism'
3. Not self service at all, in fact even the account manager and support can't handle a lot of things, only a Product manager was able to explain a particular feature.
4. They charge and deliver half baked solution at their own time.
5. Lacks basic communication, they ended up infomring us about reKYC a day before the deadline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried to use it for our expense management, but rather than improving the process, it was complicating. So we stopped using it.

Interface and swift payments. Very easy to use.

Nothing. only kyc set up was an issue. It works well otherwise

What do you like best about the product?
Happay is the option for expense management, it is handy to used through app also.
Happay provides banking card too for making expenses.

It gives analytical facilities and travel platform too.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now nothing is there to dislike,as it is the best service provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenges associated with manual invoice validation. It also offers GST services. There is also an analytical module, which is quite useful for retrieving reports at any time and from any location.

Very Bad Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Worst experience. Nothing to be liked for.
What do you dislike about the product?
No response from call centre. Error on portal ..even after several follow ups regarding the KYC, error is showing while KYC has already been updated on portal. Not able to use the funds in my card.. the issue has not been resolve for last 2 months even after several mail and follow ups.. the call centre service is really pathetic.. It seems that these guys have no sensitivity towards client services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem solved since last 2 months..KYC error remains the same while the portal is showing as KYC complete due to which the card has been blocked and there is no resolution even after several followups.

For the past two years happay it has been a great platform and it's UI design is very user-friendly
It's communication system is very useful as all the update and receive on email

What do you like best about the product?
Paperless expense management also has the provision of recording all data with good MIS reports. Easy to use.
An outstanding feature is also can access from mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is travel management software, good integration of travel itineraries is also required. Also, need to work on money settlement provision as it is not possible now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth expense management of all employees and hassle-free transaction of money to employees' accounts. Team handled RBI KYC verification process very well for all employees.
