Happy card is working fine and your service is also good
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily mange our petty cash and travel expenses.its dash board is ok with us and can upload the amouis very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Happay cards can't used for UPI, it makes lot of issues for us. All the stores are now accepting UPI they are not provided the POS machine

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is automated in Happay even with Mobile app, its more fast. It increase productivity and save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company integrated bank credit card with happay and there is too much pain when it comes to map card with existing employee. Our integration is file based so even Happay team takes 15 to 20 days just to map the card then again we have to asked bank to push all expenses again to happay.This is very time consuming and this issue needs to address promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previouslly our entire expense claim system is manual, sometimes user lost there bill or sometimes account person does the same. After happay it is smooth.

Support, specially from Anima, Very fast response 👏

Very very few, no issue. Need one more suggestion box like we need give our open opinion

Most of the internal issues we our self resolve it, if any technical issue we need to approach happay

Controls that one can out in and without manual intervention they work so well that you can use your valuable time in much better work

some of features that are not available currently but would have really given a much better user experience for e.g payment platform for personal tickets

A very user friendly tool. It has literally helped us in managing our travel and related expenses in much efficient way. Apart from effort and cost saving, it has also helped us in audits since every single detail is captured
