The negative Balance (Credit Bank Transactions) reporting feature does not capture the correct amount displayed on the Report. I believe there should be some features to put Positive and negative sign in front of amounts

-They have dedicaed expereinced techincal team to help and resolve our emplyees technical query and support us to drive the operation smoothly.
-Our employees frequently uses this application for their expenses reimbursment.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Implementing banners or pop-ups with guidelines for expense report submission can help users avoid common mistakes and ensure compliance with company policies. This feature could enhance the overall user experience by providing just-in-time reminders, reducing errors, and streamlining the expense submission process. It would be especially useful for new users or those who might not submit reports frequently.

-Proactively alerting users to any violations or errors during the expense report submission process, rather than waiting until the end, would greatly enhance the user experience. This approach would save time and reduce frustration by allowing users to correct issues as they go, ensuring a smoother and more efficient submission process.

Ease of Impementation Features and Ease of use along with support and other services provided by the Happay

Not able to provide multiple corporate cards option and some self driven dashboards instead of customization.

Paper less working and OCR driven technologies helps and support to bring value addtions in terms of reducing the manual efforts of the employees
