E dialing at its finest!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use the phone system via my computer and not a landline phone

None really. I haven't noticed any drawbacks. It integrates well with Windows and Mac.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a well rounded product to conduct business in a seamless and efficient way. The system is easy to set up and is feature rich to administer. The customer service is also good . We are using it on daily basis and it fits well with other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a good product and only drawback is price.

To conduct business in a multilocation disparate organization

I like that the interface is easy to use and all the controls are very accesible.

Webex could be improved by adding more connectivity to other apps like gmail and facebook.

Webex Calling works well
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling works great for general use. All of the major features are there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it was 99% of everything I need, it doesn't have the same level of options and flexibility compared to on-prem CUCM/CUC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to move what we could to the cloud to eliminate the need to maintain on-premise hardware. Moving to Webex Calling eliminated the administration and overhead of servers. And since we were already using Webex Meetings and the Webex app, consolidating everything into Control Hub was a no brainer.
WEBEX has proven to be the worst Video calling software I ever used
What do you like best about the product?
There's Nothing helpful in WEBEX. I've tried both their web version as well as Desktop app and got disappointed every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very difficult interface that doesn't let users to share their screens. Also, there are voice issues throughout the session that are conducted on WEBEX, whether users use on the website or their desktop app. They must need to fix issues and make it user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, I used it to connect to Meta Support team regarding Advertising issues. But unfortunately, WEBEX didn't work at all and I had to face a very hard time with it.

Waiting time for the customer support is high

It helps to create a hotline for connecting with members of the organisation with each other and customer too.
Webex Calling makes day to day interactions easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The high level security of webex calling is one of the best features. Also the ability to navigate communciating on a mobile device is a huge perk.

So far I do not have any dislikes, it is doing it's job.

Webex is solving our problem of needing multiple companies managing our phone system. Having a cloud-based system is extremely beneficial.
Our go to tool for remote working !
What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling is supreme for remote working in work from home setup. I like its call and video quality across different areas and it also has instant messaging service right on the dashboard. It is very reliable for team working cause it supports file sharing option and good quality video conferencing as well .
What do you dislike about the product?
No call or video drops while communication and in meeting so i dont have any complaints regarding the main working point of Webex calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It act as an online communication channel when our team works remotely and it improved our productivity and drop free conference calls. If i sum it all up its a good productive platform.
"webex calling - Best tool for virtual meetings"
What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling became my go to software for all my meetings with my clients overseas and with my employees as well. I love it so much that now i encourage people to use it for every virtual conference call. You can easily share screen with your clients while explaining or demonstrating anything easily. Also it comes with automated attendance feature so i don't have to manually check who attended the meeting. I can even easily share files on chat to a single person or a group while on a call with instant messaging feature so i don't have to mail everyone separately. It's very easy and convenient for me to use webex calling and if i ever face any issues with the software i can contact webex support, they're fast and quick in resolving any problem I'm facing and respond very quickly to my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally i haven't found anything that i don't like about webex calling. It's best video conferencing software for me out there. It proved very beneficial and hassle-free for me and my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex calling provide best call quality which makes communication for me and any of my clients overseas very easy. I can totally become reliable on the security of this software that my data and my client's data is totally secure with it. So far webex calling is benefiting me very much, CISCO has done great job in creating this platform for us
