Solid calling system for remote teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I liked its stable and works well even when our team is spread across different cities. We have been using it for client calls, team standups, and support check ins. Call quality has been mostly clear, and we like that it connects smoothly with other Cisco tools. It also keeps our communications more centralized instead of mixing different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a bit dated and not as intuitive as some others. Sometimes settings are buried a bit deep, especially for non technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a calling tool that worked across time zones and didn’t depend on mobile phones or personal accounts. Webex Calling helped us make our client communications more professional and trackable. It’s also easier to onboard new hires since everything stays within one ecosystem.
No issues for the past 2 years - much improved product!
What do you like best about the product?
It is now my primary meeting platform choice - it has become much more reliable over the past few years - i have not had an issue in 2 years now!
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like the AI assistant readout when turning on this feature - its very loud and off putting in a meeting

It is a closed platform so the addition of IP Phones from another vendors it is more complex compared with Cisco devices

Webex calling allows us to integrate and communicate all our branch offices , and its auto provisioning methods has helped us saving time in the deployment process

What do you like best about the product?
As a frequent user of webex for teams meeting, client presentations, and other sessions, I have found it to be a robust and reliable platform. The interface is great, making it easy to schedule and join meetings directly from outlook calendar integrations. Video and audio quality are consistently crisp, even with large groups, and features like screen sharing, real time annotations, and digital whiteboards enhance collaboration.

Faster response time from customer service would be great.

Excellent balance between user-friendliness and enterprise grade security.
Best for calling (audio video)
What do you like best about the product?
The recent update allows me to copy the number and dial it quickly. I use it everyday to make 100+ calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The small screen pop up on the screen everytime i call and I have to keep moving it.

Instant calling helps me to dial a lot of customers in a day.

Simple user interface is what i like. Very easy to work with it.

Sudden disconnections specifically when you have an important meeting really hurts.

It doesn’t set itself apart from other video calling services, there is nothing that makes it unique.

It is a video calling app and it does just that, helpful for when I need to call.
