Dependable Tool for Managing Multiple Meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Webex Calling is its reliability and clear call quality. I attend 3–5 meetings daily, and it consistently provides a smooth experience with stable connections and easy-to-use features for joining and managing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Webex Calling feels heavy on system resources, and the performance depends a lot on internet speed. The interface could also be more streamlined to make navigation quicker during busy workdays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling solves the challenge of managing multiple daily meetings by providing a reliable and unified platform for voice and video calls. It helps me connect with colleagues and clients seamlessly, saving time and ensuring clear communication, which directly supports my responsibilities as a Senior Executive. What do you like best about the product?
it is integrated with webEX meeting. So for international calling or meeting, it could be quite useful
What do you dislike about the product?
it is quite buggy, it could echo when the other user has a bad connection

provide users to dial in an international meeting with an affordable price
Decent way to communicate among the Office
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can read your voicemails rather than having to open them and listen to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that both my phone and laptop will ring at the same time on both devices for one call.
There are so many features that I do not use, that take up space on my system. It is complex for just voice service.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and elegant to use... Effective, clear voice and picture quantity even in low network areas.i have not seen it hang any time.

It's all good as per my point of view. I use it on regular basis for meetings.

I had used few of other softwares for the meetings but none of them was as clear and efficient like webex

The voice transfer is so seamless. The alerts, and security are super add-ons.

Nothing really because everything seems to be appropriate.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is incredibly user-friendly and doesn’t require a steep learning curve. We had a smooth setup process, and it integrated seamlessly with our existing systems like Outlook and CRM tools. It's packed with essential features, from call forwarding to voicemail transcription, and we use it consistently throughout the day with no issues. I also appreciate that Cisco’s customer support is responsive and knowledgeable — whenever we’ve had questions or minor hiccups, their customer service representative resolved them quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature set is robust, but some advanced settings can be a bit buried within the menus. Occasionally, syncing across devices takes a few seconds longer than expected. These are minor issues, though, and don’t impact overall productivity.

Webex Calling helps us maintain clear, stable communication with clients across different time zones, which is essential in a BPO environment. It solves issues related to dropped calls, poor audio quality, and limited integration with other platforms. With Webex, we can easily handle high call volumes, transfer calls between departments, and manage remote teams efficiently. It also supports compliance and call recording needs, which are crucial for quality assurance and training purposes. Overall, it has improved our team’s productivity and our clients’ satisfaction.
