Cisco WebEx Calling - Undisturbed Calling
What do you like best about the product?
All the audio conference calls are made very easy through Cisco WebEx calling. Best part is, it will provide you Uninterrupted calling without having any network issues no lags whatsoever. Provide you the caller identification on the phone so that it gets very easy to know who's calling. Through VOIP number we can easily make a one to one or a team call.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues at all. I found it as the best medium for corporate communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily standup meetings are conducted in order to achieve all the days task which is the most important part played by WebEx calling at the start of your day. Call forwarding and voicemail features helps everyone in case if someone is busy doing some work.
Increases productivity as the team can easily dial in if stuck with any issues. Best connectivity with team, to get an update, simple dial in with the help of VOIP.

I recommend this software as it provides best Inbuilt features for calling and gives you the quality calling with no hindrances at all. Easy to install.

What do you like best about the product?
These are the best phone I have seen in IT Industry, everyone prefers a lot. The performance of the application is pretty good with it's core functionality and even there is no downtime at all. You don't have to worry about connectivity issues anymore, no lags whatsoever.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly no issues with it but yes your require high bandwidth to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We basically use it for conference calls within team and it is used to solve some technical issues or any discussion around the business. It benefits us to be in touch with team and with clients when you are working remotely. Seen growth in productivity and even due to smooth communication even there is gain in business.

The best thing about this app is the connectivity which is very great without having any lag. Best part again is it has zero downtime due to which your is work is done with no hurdles.

Requires high bandwidth to make the WebEx session work smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have a conference calls and daily standup calls at work. Call forwarding and voicemail features helps a lot in case you are doing some urgent work or not available to pick up the call.

WebEx Calling Phones - Best method to Communicate
What do you like best about the product?
I found it very useful wherever I went and worked on project, it makes it very easy to communicate with no network issues, no lags whatsoever. It has got best features in build were we can dial in from office and even from home by using the phone number.
What do you dislike about the product?
No flaws as such, but yes definitely need improvement. It requires high bandwidth during the WebEx call else it will fails or lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can take any meetings now through WebEx with very ease and without any inetruption. Multiple call at a time and can also transfer call immediately fascinates me. Daily productivity is increased and lot of efforts bare reduced.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very professional tool, it maintains the professionalism in industry. I recommend everyone out there in IT Industry to feel free to use this software which has got best features with high quality customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use the phone system remotely I think they have a very good call quality, the audio doesn't cut out even on international calls, Cisco offers easy, reliable, and secure calls. I love that we don't have to transfer numbers or move agents when they leave or change offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally late on the call, but resolved by a reboot. No major problems with it. Option screens on the physical hardware could use an update. Sometimes the system goes down out of nowhere and you need to log in again or it freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We better connect our office and share lines and skills. Cold calls, prospecting, pipeline, and new business generation. The ease of adding multiple lines for more agents and ensuring they are correct for them is as easy as 123. The main business problem we solved using this is that, due to location teams, we needed a robust tool to collaborate and connect with team members, and this app is helping us very well in that part.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a good telephony system to implement, then this is your product. The price is a bit higher, but it's worth it. There really is no reason to go elsewhere. Cisco is definitely easier to use.

Ease of use and stability of this product are the best that you can get versus other vendor solution

It's basic means lack of other collaborative features like screen sharing, video and file sharing .

meeting on demand and users should not be necesarily in office to meet

I like that it is easy to use on the internet. If you get the internet, you can get to it.

I do not like the corporate policies not allowing some funcationalities.

It saves on travel and it helps with communication and collaboration.

Web Ex allows you to see who is on the call. you can also see who is the host as well as pass control to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling into WebEx is kind of slow. The click to call feature doesn't always work, we would have to call into it using the number.

We use this with outside clients, since not everyone has skype.

Good for small companies. Better investement than going with BE6K for less than 30 phones
