What do you like best about the product?
Open voice integration is a good option. Easy to deploy in the cloud. Voice integration. Video calling. Easy to set up Epabx devices to set up an extension for all users and department. its security is an end to end encryption. Cloud hub will easy us to make and set up users. Sometimes due to network fluctuation, we face phone disconnection, but this IP devices will help to solve these problems. Control hub helps us to identify users issues and rectify them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little high compare to other tools. Should have include helpdesk system in Cloud control hub so no need to maintain any other tool for issues and that will be easy for users to contact the helpdesk and rectify the issues on time for a smooth workflow. Sometimes fixing issue will take a longer time than expected that must be taken care of. Other than this perfect tool for our daily meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When new users join the company, I will set up a new account, purchase new devices if required or set up the available devices. Training on how to use, attend the meeting, extension numbers. If any user not able to call or any other issues like call not connecting, disconnecting will rectify it. Scheduling a client meeting on behalf of MD or company CEO. Device hardware issue fixing by contacting Webex customer care.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for any VOIP option please go ahead and buy this Cisco Webex without any doubt. The perfect tool for our daily meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
With Cisco Webex, we get excellent VOIP solutions. It provides us with a single application for calling, chatting and video conferences. Cisco Webex makes it easy to build and manage excellent collaborative workflows. We get fantastic quality both with video and audio calls. It also delivers end-to-end conversation and data security. I like the fact that while I was using Webex, I could call myself to improve audio quality instead of dialing in. The mobile application has also been impressive. I have no issues with Webex Calling at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cisco Webex Calling pricing is the only possible drawback I can think of. It is pretty expensive. Apart from this, I think it works well. I have had no issues with it. Anyone can work with it. We have adopted it seamlessly, and it makes our work easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco Webex is one of the best UCaaS platforms out there. It has been a reliable calling and communication tool for us at work. It helps us stay on track and pass confidential information across without worrying about information leaks. With Webex Calling, we no longer have to worry about managing a phone system infrastructure because we get virtually everything we need off this solution. Overall, it has been worth every penny
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well, in short, Webex Calling meets our requirements. Apart from the fact that it operates as an all-in-one solution for your communication, they have a responsive customer support

What do you like best about the product?
Its synchronization with the telephony service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of cosmetics on the GUI it should have a more aesthetic interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Telephony services as Call Manager
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since this application is no longer in use due to a Webex Teams migration, I would strongly recommend the use of updated Cisco Calling application as Teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to deploy Webex calling with cloud provided PSTN. Fairly straightforward and setup is a breeze. The bulk editing tools have been improving over time and the solution fits many SMB and school environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes interface will error out. The Calling admin portal and WCH continuously keep changing which can be a good or bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
was able to remove a school district's old PBX system and swap out to webex calling cloud based phone system. It was fast and easy to deploy and the systems admins were able to take ownership and manage the system.

Communication with Cisco Webex Calling is effortless.

  • November 27, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Screen sharing is very useful and the most important feature of the product is that it allows group criticism of slide presentations during the development phase. Additionally, the audio connections are crystal clear and you can easily make call routing and teleconferences. These two features of the product are, in my opinion, far ahead of competing products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are 2 sides to the product that I don't like. First, if you want more than 25 exhibitors, it's very costly. The other thing is its mobile app. I think this was not developed to show better "usability". Apart from this, the product is in a very important position as the communication sub of our company and meets all our needs. It made a great contribution to us especially during the pandemic period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco Webex search for, used to communicate with our office in Turkey. With this tool, we can communicate professionally, meet multiple people, share documents and present topics or anything we need to address at the meeting. We also use it internally to communicate with other regions of the company. Especially during the pandemic period, this product saved our lives. Because it would be really difficult to pay for the phone expenses of many of our employees. However, with Cisco Web Calling, our employees can call each other from any place with internet.

Cisco Webex Calling - Teams and Spark - ease of use for everyone

  • June 26, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Its cloud managed, single pane of glass makes it easy to configure, deploy and manage day to day with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website loads slowly, but they have an outage/status page if there are functional issues, so you can check for issues/updates there too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote calling with centralized management, cost reduction vs prior on prem or local provided calling platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out the free one to one video and audio calling client first, and the fact you can install it on a computer and mobile device to try out for free (like using Facetime or other 'cloud calling clients' like Google Chat etc) and then you can add on licensing afterwards to enhance the accounts for use with cloud calling using a DID as well. Lines are cheap, easy to move/repurpose etc too.

Get ready to not have to think about calling anymore!

  • June 10, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of this tool. Don't get me wrong, it's easy to setup and use but does require some expertise. But once that setup is done this is the easiest product for users to use! It just works! Something we have loved about this is how well it integrates with other Cisco products and tools you are probably already using! And later this year (2020) Cisco has announced a new "all in one" client that will bring Teams, meetings and calling all together in a single client. I am loving this product!
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little high but if you are bundling other services from Cisco then you can get some pretty nice discounts. But my main complaint about this product is the overall price. The features are spot on, the ease of use is right where it needs to be and that administration is very doable by anyone with a technical background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of not having a good calling solution and its also solving the problem of having different tools, or a lot of tools that users need to use on a daily basis. And since we have switched to Webex meetings then this brings these into s single platform. The users love getting to have extra tools removed from their desktop.

Too much manual configurations

  • May 19, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Not sure i can say there is anything i like best at this time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much manual configurations, UCM migrations to WebEx Calling are very messy. Features in Control Hub and CAP are pretty confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Based on COVID, we were trying to migrate a UCM setup to WebEx Calling so users can just pick up their phone and take it home to be up and running liek it they were in their office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare all features like for like, make sure you have enough pro service hours to account for all the manual setup and configurations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COVID remote workers, business trip stuff. Cost-saving and mobility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
