Webx Calling – Crisp Audio Setup
What do you like best about the product?
the interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t require much training, so anyone can get started quickly. The implementation process was smooth and straightforward, with minimal disruption to daily work. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to guide you through any questions or issues. I use Webex Calling regularly throughout the day, and it consistently delivers a stable, high-quality calling experience. It also offers a wide range of features such as call forwarding, voicemail, and conferencing, which make communication much more efficient. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with other tools we already use, like Microsoft Teams and Outlook, which makes it even more convenient for team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve for exploring all advanced features can feel a bit overwhelming for new users. Some customization options for the interface and call settings are limited, so you have to work within predefined layouts. Additionally, updates sometimes introduce small changes that require adjustment, and it would be helpful if these came with clearer guidance. Lastly, while integration is strong, syncing with certain third-party apps can occasionally be inconsistent, requiring manual checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows our team to stay connected whether we’re in the office, working from home, or on the go, without relying on traditional desk phones. By providing a single, unified platform for voice calls, conferencing, and voicemail, it eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools. The cloud-based setup means there’s no complex hardware to maintain, which saves time and reduces IT costs. F

What do you like best about the product?
Great setup. You can setup a brand new phone & user - very quickly.

I cannot think of a con with the Webex Calling license/Service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem this service has solved for us, is providing Company Calling ID/Mobile services & we no longer need to provide Work Cellphones. saving us so much money.

What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing tool for video calls and meeting with teams and clients, easy to use and has great features. Smooth UI and clean look. The video is clear so we can communicate and share ideas easily, also using chat and screen share makes collaboration easier

The application for pc is heavy on the ram, other than that it's a great tool for meetings and managing calendar

It is helping us setup calls and meetings and keep track of it with calendar, the meeting is very good and smooth across all countries making it easier for teams and project to run smoothly in our company.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Webex Calling is its reliability and clear call quality. I attend 3–5 meetings daily, and it consistently provides a smooth experience with stable connections and easy-to-use features for joining and managing calls.

Sometimes Webex Calling feels heavy on system resources, and the performance depends a lot on internet speed. The interface could also be more streamlined to make navigation quicker during busy workdays.

Solid VoIP option that keeps remote team connected
What do you like best about the product?
About eighteen months ago our company switched to Webex Calling because our old system couldn’t handle the load and started dropping calls, especially when more folks were working from home. We’re a remote first team so reliable calling is super important for us. We rolled out Webex calling to everyone mostly to smooth out direct call and project meetings between our consultants. One thing that I liked best is how the actual call quality holds up even when people are on home Wi-Fi or travelling. Mobile app for Webex Calling came in handy for me personally when I had to work from home last spring and I didn’t want to haul my laptop around. Far as ease of use, most of our team picked it up fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest wishlist item? I wish Webex Calling played nicer with some of our workflow tools. Integrating calendar presence with Microsoft Teams took some back-and-forth and we still have to jump between a few apps to log calls or check contact info. Nothing is perfect. A few of our folks who are less tech-savvy needed some extra help and one still sometimes calls me when he couldn’t find the “Hold” button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day it’s one less thing to worry about. Now I don’t have calls dropping mid conversation, so I focus more on actual project work than troubleshooting who’s able to dial in. The team’s been quicker to respond to client calls too. It’s not perfect, but I still wish our CRM could just pick up call notes automatically from Webex. If you’ve got a lot of people working across different locations and need something dependable and not too complicated, it’s a solid option.

it is integrated with webEX meeting. So for international calling or meeting, it could be quite useful

it is quite buggy, it could echo when the other user has a bad connection

Decent way to communicate among the Office
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can read your voicemails rather than having to open them and listen to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that both my phone and laptop will ring at the same time on both devices for one call.
There are so many features that I do not use, that take up space on my system. It is complex for just voice service.

Best way to hold professional meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and elegant to use... Effective, clear voice and picture quantity even in low network areas.i have not seen it hang any time.

It's all good as per my point of view. I use it on regular basis for meetings.
