unable to signin as the app keeps crashing

What do you like best about the product?
Doesn't even login server address is not a valid host, the whole suite of the App is full of bugs that indicate a clear lack of QA at the engineering level as it keeps getting authentication errors, even the customer services don't seem to be knowing what is going on
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the Application so much as it always says you are not authorized to access this page and when I login into the application, says authentication error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an application to use at our company for conference calls but the application did not meet our expectations and at the moment, I can't express the major benefits have achieved though once fixed, will update my review

Best Internet calling tool with good integration features

What do you like best about the product?
The Webex calling is best for its clarity; the noise cancellation feature is nice. It is not furnishing our details with the clients when we communicate with them through the internet. All our conversations with the clients through Webex calling are auto stored in the cloud for future reference. The duration of the call and its link for the replay are linked automatically in the Leadsquared customer's profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes more RAM than my previous calling tool Ameyo; I hope that is because of its voice rendering feature. The mobile version is not easy to use. The layout and the user interface of the mobile version need improvement. Sometimes, it logoff automatically during the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Webex Calling to communicate with my clients without revealing my contact number or location. All the calls are stored automatically in the cloud premises for future references and to avoid any mistreatment. It is the best suit for the organizations based on customer relations like call centers, health care centers, support systems, insurance providers, etc. It has call merging, conference, call holding, and many features. The total talk-time of employees with their clients can take from the reports tab. We can create our virtual calling station with this Webex calling tool with a simple internet connection in mobiles, laptops, tablets, and desktops.

What do you like best about the product?
We use the record feature very much. It helps us to replay the record and have a better understanding of the call scope.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit costly for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using it for 6 months+ and my experience has been excellent so far. I think it's one of the bests VoIP solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Webex Calling that I have noticed so far is the crystal-clear audio with an advanced noise cancellation feature to eliminate all background voices. Another helpful feature is the voicemail feature which allows you to drop a voice message to your colleagues without disturbing them. Another favorable feature of Webex Calling is that it is web-based so no additional system setup is required to avail its functionality. I love the ability to switch from an audio call to a video meeting instantly. I can change my devices even during the call which is a fantastic feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is working smoothly so far and Webex Calling has successfully met our business requirements and yielded fantastic results in no time. However, one minor drawback is that a high-quality internet connection is a must or else you will have audio lags and disconnections during your call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Webex Calling in our school for collaboration, internal communication and external marketing purposes. It is an excellent tool that I mostly use to connect and communicate with my colleagues over the web. This platform has helped us in keeping our numbers private and using professional numbers for business communication, ensuring employee security and privacy which was a must in this pandemic era. We have benefitted greatly from this all-in-one communication platform and its intuitive user interface and extraordinary features have helped us a lot in communicating seamlessly and securely.

What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to organize international meetings: integrated with MS Outlook, easy to schedule appointments and share invitations, flexible in changing presenter or sharing slides/content/screen during a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like. I like it, and we use it whenever we need to set a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users can share screens, slides, contents during the call, and switching presenter is so simple. Attendees can call in using their computers (saving telephone costs). Can survey the calls, asking questions by writing to organizer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a very easy-to-use interface which makes it easy to use it and a lesser amount of training time is required. The audio and video quality of this platform is spot on, and it truly helps our business. The customer support staff is well trained as well, and that makes the experience more worthwhile.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Webex Calling that I have noticed is its call recording feature. Another favorable feature is its integration with Webex Meetings and Microsoft Teams. I like the ability of switching from a voice call to a video call on Webex Meetings instantly. With Webex Calling, we were able to connect and collaborate on the cloud without installing any software. Webex Calling has provided us with an excellent and user-friendly interface for managing calls, initiating calls, seeing voicemails and seeing the call history. It is an easy-to-use software with a great set of tools to migrate your workspace to the cloud. It has helped us keep our mobile numbers secure and work with a professional company mobile number enhancing security and professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though my experience with Webex Calling has been great so far, Webex can work on the following aspects to improve user satisfaction and retention:-
1) Webex can provide a free version of this platform with reduced features and capabilities so people can test this app before buying it.
2) Webex Calling consumes more system resources when using the desktop application.
3) The mobile application is not as intuitive as its desktop and web application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the pandemic, we were facing several communication barriers within our organization and an enhanced cloud communication tool was the need of the hour. Using Webex Calling for communication has been a great experience for me. It's an easy and amicable solution to stay connected from wherever you are as mobile app, dekstop app and a web application is provided for managing calls. The audio during the calls is of a high quality and standard and several features ike call recording, voice to video call etc has enhanced my experiene with this wonderful platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling has terrific features and a unique user experience. Some of the most salient features of Webex Calling that I like are listed below:
1) I like the ability of recording my calls for later use or for sharing them with others.
2) Another feature that I like is the voicemail feature. All of the voicemails received are accessible from a single intuitive interface.
3) Webex Calling is cloud based and is accessible from all platforms (i.e from mobile as well as laptop).
4) It is easy to setup and initiate calls and requires minimal knowledge. All you need is a stable internet connection and you are good to go.
5) Call history is provided and I can even export it in CSV form which is a very helpful feature.
6) Webex Calling's integrates perfectly with Microsoft Teams so you can make calls directly from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Limited integrations with other platforms.
2) Costly as compared to its competitiors.
3) You will need a stable internet connection to manage calls without any hassles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling has helped my school extensively during this pandemic. When all the schools were closed, we were looking for an easy and amicable way to connect and communicate with my colleagues securely. Webex Calling has proved to be an excellent way to manage calls in the cloud and communicate seamlessly without the use of our personal phone numbers. Its amazing features like recording the calls, sending voicemails etc has proved to be very helpful for our organization. I must also thank the support team for helping me with my queries in the shortest possible time. Its a great tool overall and I would suggest it to everyone who are facing communication barriers in their organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is an excellent cloud communication platform with enhanced features and functionality. Some fantastic features of Webex Calling include:-
1. The ability to switch instantly from a voice call to a video call.
2. The audio is of high quality and there are no disruptions during calls.
3. The voicemail feature is a perfect alternative to text messaging. You can drop a voice message and the recipient can view it when he opens the app.
4. The platform is reliable and secure as all calls are end-to-encrypted.
5. The user interface is easy and user-friendly so any newbie can operate this platform without any hassles.
6. The ability to join calls from any device is a beneficial feature as you can join meetings from anywhere anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The platform is not as famous as its other alternatives. We found that most of the employees were unaware of this platform which resulted in some learning curve for my colleagues.
2. The app needs a good internet connection and high bandwidth to yield the best audio quality.

Rest everything is excellent and the app has proved to be a perfect choice for my school.

Webex Calling is being used in our organization for various purposes. It is an easy and intuitive cloud-based phone management solution to connect and communicate without using your personal number. Most importantly, it is a cloud-based application so you can call and connect with your colleagues from any device. I have been using it since this pandemic and my experience has been excellent so far. What do you like best about the product?
1) Webex Calling is an exceptional cloud-based communication platform that is well suited for businesses of all size. It has an easy and intuitve user interface and is accessible from all types of devices (Laptop, Mobile etc).
2) The security of this platform is up to mark and the platform is reliable and trusted.
3) Another favorable feature of Webex Calling is that you can instantly switch from one device to another making remote communications easier than ever.
4) Webex calling integrates perfectly with other Webex solutions. I can instantly switch to a video call directly from the audio call which is an amazing feature.
5) If I am busy, my colleagues can drop a voicemail to me and it will be visible to me whenever I open the platform.
6) I can also record my calls for later use.
Overall, Webex Calling is an excellent and intuitive phone managment solution that is simple and resepcts its users' privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex Calling meets all the needs and requirements of my school. However, there's always a scope of improvement:-
1) Webex needs to work on its IOS application as there are various bugs in the app.
2) Webex's integration with other call logging services would be a great feature.
3) Lastly, Webex can improve on its audio quality and noise cancellation feature as the noise cancellation doesn't detect various background voices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling has helped us extensively in the functioning of my school during these tough COVID times. Due to the pandemic when we were forced to work remotely from our home, we were looking for an all-in-one solution to stay connected with my colleagues. Hence, we started using Webex Calling for enhanced high quality communication internal communications. Its favorable features like call recording, voicemail etc has enhanced my experience with this amazing tool. The pricing plans of Webex are flexible and are available at nominal costs. Overall, its an amazing tool for remote communication in this pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy to use the interface and I like the dark theme
2. Using a mobile number as the caller Id is pretty useful
3. Audio clarity is great
4 . There are apps on multiple platforms
5. Messaging is fast and it is pretty seamless.
6. We can share files securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Faced call drops frequently, and there are a few bugs on the web interface
2. IOS app doesn't work pretty well, it needs some work
3. Screen share doesn't work all the time
4. It consumes a lot of resources and bandwidth when there are a lot of participants
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with the team and others, and the ability to stay in the calls and text with others is seamless, Having applications on multiple platforms is good, it has easy to use user interface, which is very helpful
It is a lot better than zoom because it provides a lot of features which are very helpful and it makes your life easier. Webex offers Instant messaging, calls, and video conferences with security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great app with all the features like calling, video conferencing, meetings, etc.
It has applications on all the platforms which is very helpful when switching between devices.
I recommend Webex calling for types of work. It is very flexible and intuitive, it provides very good features for all the use cases, and the plans are also affordable
It is also very secure than the competition, I would say its a lot better than the Zoom
