WebEx calling is best tool
What do you like best about the product?
Calling option is very best in WebEx with this we can use for business communication and planning for meeting
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time call did not connect with low connectivity which is understood
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using for business meetings and bridge for technical support to other teams and groups
Webex is good at large number people in the meeting at a time.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use as User interface is good. Webex is good at using from anywhere like laptop, PC, mobile phone. Learning tool from webex for attending training in the webex. It productive for large group of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
cost of webex is high due that eveyone not able to use. Good internet connectivity required for a video meeting. So it has to be improve for remote location have not good connectivity of Internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving huge problem like thousands of people join at a single meeting through webex. It is a very productive for the organization to long run of business.

calling teams, no physical phones are needed

What do you like best about the product?
It has a separate panel for outlook environment to list the meetings that the user has even if it is accepted or not and it allows you to directly join the meeting from the panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is that the video is sometimes blurry and sometimes the video is not even visible, may be an network issue or any glitch in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In other calling software we were having trouble in joining the meeting when we were connected to VPN, whereas in WebEx it has a feature to join the meeting directly without logging in when we are connected to company VPN.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing that WebEx calling has and other calling softwares doesn't is the breakout rooms that the session organizer can do,the attendees can go back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes WebEx calling doesn't correctly integrate with Microsoft Outlook, it creates a duplicate links for one meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The VPN and SSO feature in WebEx calling allows you to join a company meeting without logging in.

No experience is required to start using Webex calling because the interface is very easy to understand.

Sometimes voice latency occurs during calls.

Can connect to anybody through accessing the internet and using Webex calling

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling really offers incredible features like the best end-to-end encrypted calling with full security. Multiple devices can access the platform with different operating systems. I really like the amazing audio quality over the call. We can also store the recordings in cloud space so later our other users can also get the benefits of recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to my personal experience, only there should be more options for voicemail. Or limitations for the internationally calling should increase more. All other features are best without negative points and issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are really enjoying the best call quality and other fabulous features like call waiting and 3-way calling. We all employees from different cities are really getting the benefits of this professional platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used WebEx calling to give telephonic interviews at some major companies, it was essy to remotely give interview for companies outside my country. Greatly helped in communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be improved as it was confusing to understand in starting or as a beginner. The app is quite heavy but it has a lot of features which make it heavier. They could add some basic features for a lite version of app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it solve communication issues and shorter wait times on calls with working professionals. Many times i am able to easily record the calls for future references. Call transfer is also easy to use.
Very user friendly online calling app for my team
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it that I like the most is, It allows me to do calling without the barrier of device and location. Along with this, it is also affordable, secure, and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I don't like is its UI. It should be more engaging and beautiful.

I use this as a VOIP service in my company. It helps me to increase my efficiency and productivity.
A Good calling app with some great features
What do you like best about the product?
A dashboard that exists outside the outlook environment, can be used to view the list of meetings that are scheduled and also allows you to join them. The call quality is pretty good with occasional disturbances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call quality can get pretty bad and you will experience a lot of problems. The android app can be very buggy at times and randomly log you out. Even the iOS app is pretty buggy and logs you out all the time or calls won't connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to make cloud calls by all team members pretty easily. Costly is very affordable and connectivity issues are there but pretty rare. The mobile apps could be made so much better.
