What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of operation in any operating system, the fluidity that it has and the stability of the calls compared to the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
In windows 10 it takes a long time when you open the application for the first time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having physical telephones is a problem of space, electrical energy and supplies that the company requires to account for, with this application everything is reduced to just a computer equipment which can have better features to have a better performance with the application

What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with webex meetings and other Cisco tools have been invaluable in expanding its usability and enhancing collaboration throughout our organisation. Its robust infrastructure ensures it has immense scalability for our growing needs with increase in the number of users
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of implementing and onboarding webex meetings was quite complex and required technical expertise to set it up properly. The cost of acquiring and maintaining this tool could be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool we have been able to bridge geographical distances with colleagues across the globe. Through this tool we have been able to complete projects quicker and save on resources significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favourite features of webex calling is how it delivers high quality calls on a consistent basis enabling us to conduct clear meetings oftenly. I also like how this tool has integrated messaging capabilities which saves us time and resources that would have been used switching between different apps for calls and messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations with other third party tools would be helpful in making this tool more versatile and reliable, although it integrates very well with other cisco products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has streamlined our communication by providing us with one consolidated platform for both our calls and messaging needs. It has been extremely reliable in enhancing remote work and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
The high quality of voice and video calls is one of the outstanding features of webex calling since it fosters clear communication. The mobile app enhances mobility enabling us to be flexible in our day to day operations. I also like how effortlessly it accomodates new users without compromising on quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional glitches during meetings like calls dropping instantly can be ironed out so as to give a seamless experience. Transitioning and adapting to this tool requires significant time and effort in training and onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has improved our productivity by streamlining our communication efforts through its centralized unified communication platform. It provides us with a single platform where we can effectively manage our video and voice calls and also messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative aspects of Webx Meetings are my favorite features. I like Webx meetings because of the high quality of the video and audio calls that can be made during them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge I had with WebEx Meetings was that their customer service is distinct from their mobile and web-based counterparts. When an issue arises, troubleshooting becomes more important. The mobile app has room for development in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEx meetings enable numerous meetings per day, but like other platforms, we must reserve conference rooms in advance. When the network is low, the forum and connection run well. I enjoy screen-sharing. We can effectively utilize the whiteboard.

What do you like best about the product?
calling anywhare and everywhare, there are a lot of feature that can be compare with legacy pbx but with more flexible and easly managing all users and phones. There are a lot of devices and also video device for large rooms or small rooms and also possible to call using PSTN located where is more convenient for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex calling is a cloud PBX and one of the most important feature is security , all flows are ciphred using aes256 , very interesting , is quite long procedure to connect a gateway PBX to the cloud webex , anyway is a solution stable and very securly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) remote working
2) remote or spread video rooms
3) possible to join users all over the world
4) webex calling can have PSTN locally or in cloud and all userscanmake a pstn calls everywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The Webex phone service in the cloud is very collaborative, I can keep in touch with my coworkers and manage national and international calls, the audio quality is certainly a constant in the service, it is simple to set up and use, the interface feels like a regular phone and there is no limit of minutes by just paying the subscription you can make the calls you want. It can be used on any operating system, and they give you the option to download a direct mobile app, it is possible to manage meetings, create groups and broadcast messages, everything is hosted in the cloud and calls are at your disposal 24 hours a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product in question has no errors, it is easy to configure and use, although the technology is a little outdated, but it fully complies with all the necessary features to make calls. I also think they should work on the mobile application to add more features, customization, unlike other options should work more on this aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Webex Calling cloud service always keeps me connected with other users in the company, with whom I can manage long distance projects making calls that can last for hours without additional payments, just pay a subscription and that's it. It is a good point to call potential customers to offer solutions or promotions in fact we are currently managing a call marketing campaign, with this application we have saved money as it is a single payment.

Improve your company's call system with Webex Calling.

What do you like best about the product?
The software has a customizable business interface from the beginning when you start using it, the messaging options are multiple and very customizable, the calls are of quality and can be made from any device either desktop or smartphone, you can create customized teams by departments, you only need the email and you can develop them. All calls have an impeccable security in fact they are always encrypted, the option to create cooperative rooms for meetings is very interested in fact the calls can be made in groups. You can schedule meetings integrating with Google Calendar, an option that I love because online meetings are very useful especially if the team is long distance, updates are regular and the Cisco team is always there to solve any problem related to their programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a conventional telephone application unlike other services such as Skype has few options the truth is very focused on work life, the interface customization options are very few, plans unlike other options can become very expensive, another detail of interest is that you always have to be connected to a data network or conventional internet, is if you have no connection or if your data plan is about to run out you can not use the service, unlike ordinary calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Webex Calling service is being very well received by our marketing and sales department as it allows managing calls with great precision, it has also been implemented for conducting workshops via telephone, as well as for meetings with customers or between company staff. The group messaging option allows us to create sections and disseminate messages and calls to promote our services as quickly as possible. In conclusion, we have decided to replace some VoIP options for Cisco services as we consider it is more intended for the working world and the quality of the product is unquestionable.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is easy to use and implement with the Webex application which also includes meetings and messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
When upgrading from jabber or older Webex clients, you still have to remove the old clients seperately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the phone call routing and makes things easier to manage.
