Effortless Team Collaboration with Classic PBX Features
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use communication platform which simplifies calling and colloboration of team from any location with traditional PBX capabilities like voice mail and call forwarding
What do you dislike about the product?
It does lack granular control and customization with limited capabilities for troubleshooting which only requires cisco support and that can be a little bit time consuming during peak hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided my team to work from home during long hours which which has increased the productivity .
Feature-Rich, Efficient, and Seamless Calling Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it offers a wide range of built-in features, including automatic dialing for priority calls, instant chat, and messaging, all of which contribute to a faster and more seamless experience. Additionally, I find the control panel very useful, as it gives a clear overview for managing all calling services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say, it manages all our calls very efficiently. Our experience has been wonderful. Everything is well-designed and adaptable to all types of organizations, improving performance and productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has delivered services like instant messaging, a call center, and autodialing, all integrated into one system. Additionally, it features comprehensive reporting and analytics, which have helped us refine our support strategies and drive business growth.
Simple and Handy for Daily Work Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to make and receive calls from anywhere, whether I’m on my laptop or phone. The call quality is usually great, and it’s nice having everything (chat, meetings, calls) in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s reliable overall, but the user experience could be smoother. Sometimes there’s a small lag or glitch that interrupts calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling helps our team stay connected even when we’re not in the office. We don’t have to rely on personal numbers anymore, and it keeps all our work calls organized in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is user-friendly, reliable, and cloud-based, which makes it ideal for remote and hybrid teams. I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with Webex Meetings and Messaging, allowing calls, chats, and meetings to flow together effortlessly. The voice quality is excellent, and features such as call routing, voicemail-to-email, and mobile support add a great deal of convenience.Its scalability , security , and minimal IT administration requirements make webex callinf a strong and viable solution for wokrplaces today.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Webex Calling offers robust capabilities, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The service depends greatly on a reliable internet connection, which means that call quality may suffer if connectivity is poor. Its advanced features and initial setup can be somewhat confusing, especially for newcomers or smaller IT teams. Compared to traditional PBX systems, the customization options are also more limited. Furthermore, resolving certain issues may require assistance from Cisco support, which can sometimes delay the resolution process. Despite these points, I find these to be relatively minor trade-offs for the benefits of a cloud-based calling solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been consistently impressed by its intuitive interface, the tool has many useful features. I like the ability to manage teams, this has improved our response rate. It allows me to provide my clients with the best experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be more useful if the reports provided additional context, as there are times when the call quality is not ideal. I also find myself wishing for more advanced features, since the app does crash from time to time.

This has been ideal for managing everything on one device. The platform is straightforward and intuitive, making it simple to keep calls separate. I appreciate how easy it is to reach my contacts, as it really helps me stay organized when reaching out and communicating.

What I like about Webex Calling is its simplicity with excellent communication capabilities by enabling seamless connection with peers. It also supports Cisco IP phone with comprehensive PBX features such as virtual receptionist and personalized voice mail.

Webex Calling lacks granular control and customization option which may limit business needs.

the mail problem it is solving is that it enables remote and hybrid work supports by making and receiving call from any where with stable internet connection .
Great Features, Web UI enhancemnet and Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling seems similar to zoom calling, however ui part still needs more user friends. Personally at first glance, it is quiet harder to navigate and use features that it has but once you use frequently it becomes easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly using web version in some browsers, it looks and feels outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to use multiple features at a same time like call forwarding and voicemail.
Intuitive Call Management with Helpful Features, But Needs More Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to organize calls, which makes it straightforward to keep calls and messages separate. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I especially like being able to add multiple users to my account. There are plenty of features that are genuinely helpful, and the apps function exactly as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be really helpful if read receipts were available. I also wish there were more advanced customization options to tailor the experience. Occasionally, I notice errors appearing in the activity tab.

It's allowed us to communicate with our customers like never before, it's made a significant difference in improving communication. It's the best phone system we've ever used, it helps me stay on top of customer communication.

These are minor issues, though, and don’t take away from the overall positive experience.
