Seamless integration that boosted our sales calls
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Webex Calling is how effortlessly it hooked up with our Salesforce CRM last year and suddenly all those customer details popped up right during calls. No more fumbling around for notes mid conversation. It made closing deals feel way smoother especially when our team was spread out across Europe and the call quality held up even on spotty hotel WiFi during trade shows. We've got this one rep who was always complaining about dropped calls before but now he'd raving about the stability. The app's interface is pretty intuitive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside though is that the mobile app sometimes lags when switching between data and WiFi. This happened to me a couple times during important client pitches and it threw off the flow a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One huge problem that Webex Calling solved for us was fragmented communication in sales. Before we'd juggle separate phone systems and CRM tabs. Now with everything integrated our response times to leads dropped by like half. That's meant more closed deals without the usual problems. Another unexpected perk was how it cut down on email follow ups. It'd saved us headaches in a fast paced environment.
Pretty good videoconferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Webex provides crystal-clear audio and video quality, even during large meetings, which really enhances communication. I love how easy it is to schedule or join meetings directly from my calendar. The screen sharing, breakout rooms, and whiteboard features are intuitive and work seamlessly, which is especially helpful during collaborative sessions. Its security features also give me peace of mind when handling sensitive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app takes a bit longer to launch compared to other platforms, especially on older devices. Additionally, the user interface could be more modern and streamlined—it’s functional but not as sleek as some of its competitors. Occasionally, the mobile app feels less responsive than the desktop version, particularly during file sharing or breakout room transitions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex has helped streamline communication and collaboration across my team, especially while working remotely. It solves the challenge of hosting reliable virtual meetings and makes it easy to stay connected through messaging, video, and screen sharing. This has significantly reduced email overload and improved real-time decision-making.

Decent Communications App (Teams is Better, Though)
What do you like best about the product?
I don't like a lot about it. I like Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet much better. The UI of Webex isn't nearly as good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, using Webex has always been a non-optional choice because it has been the preference of a bunch of Analyst webinars that I attend and it also is the meeting application of choice for a bunch of my banking clients.

A Great Internet Line for Remote Workers!
What do you like best about the product?
Webex is a solid choice for video conferencing with a clean, easy-to-use interface that gets you into meetings quickly without fuss. It offers crisp audio and video, plus handy features like screen sharing, whiteboards, and meeting recording that help keep everyone engaged and on the same page. The AI-powered assistant that can take notes and provide real-time transcription is a nice touch that saves time and boosts productivity. Whether for small team chats or big webinars, Webex delivers a reliable, professional experience that just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex can be a bit frustrating, especially when using it on Android phones. Many users report poor connection quality and difficulties joining or staying in meetings on Android devices, which really hurts the overall experience. Despite offering solid video and audio features on desktop, the mobile app sometimes crashes or drops calls, particularly over Wi-Fi, forcing users to switch to cellular data to get reliable connections. The app's settings can also be confusing, and troubleshooting connection problems often takes extra time and effort. If Android support improved, Webex would be a lot more dependable for on-the-go meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the coworkers with an office line for our organization with not having to be in the office.
A Trusted Tool for Professional Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Webex is its reliability and clear audio/video quality, which makes virtual meetings feel smooth and professional. The ease of use and ease of implementation make it simple to adopt across teams. I also appreciate the number of features like screen sharing, recording, and breakout sessions that support collaboration. The customer support is responsive, and since I use it frequently, the frequency of use shows how dependable it has become for daily work. The ease of integration with calendars and other tools further enhances productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Webex is reliable, sometimes the interface feels a bit outdated compared to newer platforms, and navigating through menus can take extra time. The ease of integration could be smoother with certain third-party tools, and occasionally, meeting recordings take longer to process. I also feel that with the number of features available, some can be overwhelming or underutilized. These aren’t major blockers, but improving them would make the experience even more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex is solving the challenge of bringing remote and distributed teams together by providing a reliable, secure, and easy-to-use platform for meetings and collaboration. It helps us cut down on travel costs and time while ensuring smooth communication. Smooth calling tool with reliable features!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the call quality stays clear even with long meetings and weak connections. The system is stable and integrates well with other collaboration tools which makes switching between chat and voice simple. The mobile app is also handy when I need to take calls away from my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels a bit dated compared to newer platforms. Sometimes it takes extra clicks to reach simple settings like voicemail. Pricing also feels a little high for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps unify calling for our distributed team. We don’t have to depend on separate phone systems and everything routes through one platform. This has reduced missed calls and improved client communication since everyone can answer from desktop or mobile.
