Webex Calling simplified our onboarding for remote hires
What do you like best about the product?
When we started hiring more remote staff last year we realized our old phone system just wasn't built for scaling quickly. With Webex Calling provisioning numbers for new hires is incredibly straightforward. I've literally set someone up in under 10 minutes which wasn't possible before. What stood out most for me was the central admin portal. I don't have to run through multiple steps just to assign extensions or set up call forwarding. I like that it doesn't overwhelm new employees either. The client app is clean and people usually get comfortable after one or two test calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the very beginning we actually struggled with training because the documentation wasn't suitable for non technical staff. Another thing the reporting tools feel a little basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I noticed after a few months the onboarding became much faster. Now it's just install the app, provision their number and done. That's freed my team to work on higher level projects. Productivity's up because everyone has a reliable calling tool right from day one.
If you make a webinar, you really need it
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using 2 or 3 times a week and It's very easy to use, allowing you to create impressive presentations and manage what users see on your screen. It also enables you to host high-quality webinars. Additionally, the analytics provided are helpful for making informed decisions and expanding your audience of listeners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't recall ever having a problem that support didn't help me with, or a situation where I felt something was missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Webex solves for me is the quality of its service. I really appreciate the high quality of both video and voice during calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling makes provisioning new devices easy. The built in troubleshooting also makes it easier to find and analyze call logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Relying on Cisco infrastructure can sometimes be challenging to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transition from an on-premises Call Manager to a cloud solution is made seamless.

Multiple options to share and change background and we are using it in our meetings with the vendor regularly day today and very easy to use and integration

What do you like best about the product?
Webex makes virtual collaboration seamless with clear audio, reliable video quality, and intuitive meeting controls. I like the ease of use, the ability to integrate with calendars, and the range of features such as breakout rooms, recording, and screen sharing. It helps my team stay connected and productive regardless of location.

Sometimes the platform feels heavy compared to lighter alternatives, and joining meetings can take a few extra seconds. Occasional connectivity issues occur when network strength is low. The interface could also be more modern and simplified for first-time users.

Webex helps solve the challenge of connecting distributed teams by providing a secure and reliable platform for meetings, messaging, and collaboration. It reduces travel needs, saves time, and ensures smooth communication across locations. The ability to share screens, record sessions, and integrate with productivity tools makes teamwork more efficient and keeps projects moving forward without delays.
Webex Calling great networking and robust communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the call quality, its impeccable and sounds great wherever you are. The connection is stable and works without interruptions. I also like being able to manage the system from the cloud, its intuitive, and I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a great tool. I like everything about it, but id like to see more advanced customization options. Thats all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, its solved problems, especially because its modernized our way of communicating, giving us flexibility and professional, high-quality service. Its truly valuable investment that has paid off.

I liked the screen sharing and chat functions

All the boxes you have to click on to join a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex is used by some of our vendors when the need to connected to a PC to resolve an issue. Webex is another means of remoting into our network.
Seamless Calls and Collaboration with Webex Calling
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about the webex calling is, how it brings everything together. Like having my calls, my video meetings and messaging all in one place.

The main pain point of Webex calling, when I am working from home is the stable and fast internet connection. Other apps work fine with lower speed, this can be a improvement point for Webex calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team connectivity is important in my hybrid working model and Webex calling solves it best. and as I mention in above answer as it is all in one tool, it helps.
Easy Meeting Scheduling and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Webex integrates seamlessly with Outlook and Google Calendar. I love that I can schedule meetings directly from my calendar, send invites automatically, and avoid manually creating links, which saves a lot of administrative time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Webex is feature-rich, new users can find the interface confusing. I dislike that it takes time for participants to locate essential functions like screen sharing, breakout rooms, or chat, which slows onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Poor video and audio quality can disrupt virtual meetings. Webex solves this by offering high-quality video and clear audio, even with multiple participants. This benefits me by ensuring that every discussion is understandable, reducing misunderstandings and maintaining professionalism during client calls and internal meetings.

Webex is one of the best meeting application. Very user friendly and easy to use.

There is nothing to dislike about Webex.
