The ability to take my office phone with me wherever I go
What do you like best about the product?
Setup was also extremely easy, within an hour I set up the line with a number I prefer to use. At any time, I can call or chat with support right away and get a resolution within minutes. Plus the benefit of having an app built into your phone where you can take business calls from your personal device.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have any major disadvantages. It turned out to be a little more expensive than I originally had in mind, but my representative helped me understand the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about Webex Calling is the capability of you software application. In addition, it is adaptable to the needs of small businesses whether they are growing and expanding. And the best thing is that you are quickly connected with a person through chat.

The fact that you can easy manage and give calling features to multiple users in an easy way!
What do you dislike about the product?
the app, is too slow, you can log in with 1 account/time, and it's not so easy to troubleshoot calls issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i don't need to install lot of servers or MPLS connection to integrate multiple sites to the HQ CUCM infrastructure. I just need an internet connection.

What do you like best about the product?
In general, it is very good and intuitive tool, easy to understand. I like being able to receive calls and work from anywhere, and communication is stable and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if setup to boot took less time, the only thing I didnt like was that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since this tool was recommended to us, it has been a very good solution that simplifies communication for online meetings and team conferences. Everything is excellent, calls are frequent, we treat our clients and provide a good foundation that guarantees good work without problems.
The app is perfect for the worker who is on their computer and uses meetings and headphones
What do you like best about the product?
A big plus is that you can text, call, or open a ticket with any issues you may have. It's easy to use and the ability to communicate with tech support, having them get back to you in a timely manner, has been a huge help.

The app tends to crash from time to time. It was a little difficult to understand the person on the other end of the line, but she solved my problems. But customer service is always very helpful.

Webex Calling allows one platform to perform many different tasks. And the possibility of forwarding calls and answering them from a mobile phone is of great help. I like the effective and efficient help they provided when I had a problem with the call flow on one of the dealership's business phones.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface on mobile and desktop is not same, Cisco can work on making all their Webex products the same experience exactly as what Microsoft doing with Ms Teams or like Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can easily create a new line and add users as needed. Internal analytics and predefined reports are also useful and easy to use. This tool allows for internal analyzes and the predefined reports are also useful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything is perfect since Wi-Fi is needed to call and work without problems. Outside ot this, this is a great tool to work with and is a huge benefit as stated above.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I have a problems, they are always there to help me. I am completely impressed and satisfied with the service and do not regret choosing Webex Calling at all. And the best thing is that it allows me to operate from anywhere and not be tied to my office.

High-quality calling makes sure the calls are crystal clear. Its seamless integration with outlook makes it easy to use and implement on any systems. Customer support is great and solves all the issues if any.

Customization can be improved. Also felt pricing could be bit lower so that smaller organisations can use it.

Webex has been very reliable for all the important calls at work, it is easy to use and does its job!

What do you like best about the product?
I was impressed with the number of features available to me with the system during setup, plus it allows me to make sure customers get to the correct department when they call. And I like that they respond very quickly to questions and concerns I may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I don't see a way to delete old text messages or call logs. And sometimes I can get lost in the administrator UI. But besides this I think the user interface is very clean.

I can take my phone anywhere and that's a big plus. And they are always there when our business needs them. Plus, Wbex Calling's excellent customer support and mobile apps for on-the-go management further enhance its appeal.

The telephone service is excellent; I never have problems with my phone calls. Therefore, another extremely valuable feature is the mobile application. In addition, their technical support is always there to help and be fast. I can take my phone anywhere and that's a big plus.

Its price is slightly higher compared to other providers, the service performance and customer support more than justify the investment.

Enhanced VoIP service with worldwide connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling works on all my devices allowing me to remove any other external communication devices for taking calls. It has high quality audio that allows connecting with people around the world with no interruptions or network issues. Has added functionality like call forwarding and noise cancellation.
What do you dislike about the product?
International calling is priced higher than some other providers. More stability on lower bandwidth connections.

Webex Calling has simplified our existing calling solution with a single cloud based platform and integrated billing by enabling us with a phone number linked to our business. It offers domestic as well as international calling facility via all my devices, allowing me to call various stakeholders in different regions seamlessly.
