Easy implementation for communication and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy and quick cloud deployment, it has built-in communication features, and its reliable. I like the audio and video and the conference is a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything is good. The thing is that sometimes integration with other tools is a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex is useful for simple meetings wiht just one click and youre done. It has been a good meeting experience, shared screens ahd files, friendly and in general it solved our communication problems.
The chat feature has been incredibly helpful and useful for navigating
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent design and very stable, one of the best application I have used. Customer service was excellent when setting up the device. I am extremely satisfied. Support seems to be more responsive nowadays and their staff seems highly trained.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus can be a little complicated and support wait times are long. And I consider that there is a Lack of assistance for the installation process. AND The waiting time waiting for representative is somewhat long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling is a great tool for everyday business needs. Additionally there can always be someone available for the customer seeking assistance and the customer is impreseed by the quick response time.
Continent, reliable & fast
What do you like best about the product?
rare call drops, longer call length, stable video ( no lag or pixelation) . Also having one permanent address for video calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few cons of using Webex for me. The first one is that the layout of the app is not intuitive for new users. It takes time to get a hang of it. Secondly, the grid layout while in the call is not very easy to arrange as with Zoom and google
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hold my office TA hours on Webex and it as been a lot of help connecting with students virtually. Two features have stood out more than others, one is the integration of Google calendar and the other is the meeting recap

What do you like best about the product?
I like the excellent audio quality from any device and that it simplifies all the work and has become our first communication option. I also like being able to make phone calls from my phone and eliminate call chat to maintan data protection. For now everything is perfect and the videos and webinars are easy to create and users join with links without having to register.
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio and video quality may be affected depending on the speed of you Internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings for conferences, video calls, sharing attachments, catchinp up on projects is easy to use for the entire company and improves communication and all calling activities are excellent and beneficial.

So far seems like Webex Calling is a great service with customer service that is very helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
What we like most is the versatility of working anywhere. I also liked having a phone number for my small business without having to have a phone other than my personal cell phone. They were extremely helpful and quick to help me resolve my issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that the setup took longer than expected. Additonally, it can be a little frustrating to deal with the app if it doesn't work properly; however, technical support is always willing to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love being able to answer customer calls! The equipment will also teach you how to use various functions it you want to make adjustments yourself. In addition to this, it allows our team to easily work from anywhere without carrying a phone, so we can work from any location.

The navigation buttons on real phones are clear and not confusing. The application allows us to contact customers and maintain the privacy of our cell phone. Its price is much more competitive and its features are irrefutably superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Online chat may take longer than expected to connect with an agent, perhaps it's becoming too popular for your current team size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their support response team was very efficient in their response time to my question. Its administration panel shows all the necessary information I need to know the status of all my areas. They respond quickly and resolve any issue I have.

I like the stability, easy setup, hosting and attending online meetings, sharing documents, and that it offers free trials for new users. And I also liked that we never needed support because everything works well.

The mobile app should work better that the desktop one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ideal for collaborating, attending online meetings, and for various communication and collaboration needs. That was all we needed.
Great experience with Webex for unified communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like the product because it is easy to set up and use and offers autoamtic updates that completely improve the software. I also liked that it integrates with other apps and has features to increase communication and screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some problems, especially failed events and poor reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling is used for calls and has been extremely beneficial as it helps us solve communication problems with meetings and is quite easy to understand, so everything has been positive.
Tool for online calls and remote work is the best
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the clear, easy-to-use interface and the constantly shared links in my meetings. I like that youc an unmute and remove participants form one place, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The numbers are a bit expensive. But its worth using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this application we can save a lot of time organizing conferences, easily share data and help us reduce costs and be able to communicate remotely and comfortably.
