What do you like best about the product?
The automation and analytics make it easy to align our awareness training with compliance frameworks. The phishing simulations and OSINT risk scoring give us measurable insight into user behavior, not just completion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I wish I could make more granular edits to individual user records without exporting data, but it’s a small tradeoff given how streamlined the overall platform is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive connects employee awareness directly to compliance and risk metrics. It’s given us stronger reporting for audits and a clear picture of how human factors tie into security readiness.

Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation, Features, and Ease of Integration so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to set up multiple failure points. With KnowB4, I was able to include attachments and QR codes in any type of phishing email simulation, which made the process more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool increases our users' awareness of the various methods hackers use to try to access our company's private information. It has been helpful in educating our team about potential security threats.

The simulations and training content mirror today’s attack landscape, including deepfake and voice-based phishing. It’s practical, current, and gives employees real-world defensive awareness.

Occasionally phishing templates repeat for smaller user groups, but the team continually expands the library with new, relevant options.

Customizable Security Training, Seamless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Adaptive Security allows for the customization of Security Training modules to focus on threats and information relevant to our business, making the training more effective and pertinent to our needs. I appreciate that the platform continues to innovate by building and delivering new features even in the short time we have been using it. The transition from Drata to Adaptive Security for our security training program was driven by the more up-to-date training materials and the value of customizability, which ensures my team receives training that is both relevant and current. Additionally, I found the setup process of Adaptive Security very easy, with excellent support to ensure everything was properly connected, which was crucial given our use of Proofpoint's email filtering service alongside Adaptive Security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the Drata integration process to be quite technical, which could pose a challenge for someone who is not technically inclined to set up and ensure it is working properly. This complexity in integration might hinder smooth operation and deter non-technical users from using these combined services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Adaptive Security to enhance our security posture and ensure our staff is trained to handle phishing threats, which are increasingly common and dangerous. The platform's customization of training modules and up-to-date materials specifically benefit our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive was able to create training for us on a subject they didn't previously have in a timely and professional manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date there hasn't been a downside. Training is comprehensive, setting up campaigns is easy, and they make contact on a continuous basis to assist and ensure we are able to get the maximum value from their product.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Adaptive Security incredibly valuable for providing security awareness training to my enterprise, effectively training my employees on handling threats like deepfakes. The powerful and efficient simulation feature is particularly impressive, as it creates a jarring and realistic portrayal of potential, effective attacks, which in turn makes my employees more cautious and aware. The templates offered by Adaptive Security are also very good, enhancing the training process with their quality. Additionally, the initial setup of the product was wonderfully straightforward, almost turnkey, allowing me to understand the product fully within a few hours. This ease of use coupled with the compelling and effective training Adaptive Security provides is a major reason I switched from my previous product to Adaptive Security.

What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive is very easy to implement and platform is also easy to use. Contents are relevant and up to date and it also supports multi language.
What do you dislike about the product?
New feature rollouts mean ongoing adaptation, but the innovation pace is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s closing the gap between traditional training and real-world AI threats. Employees respond better to the interactive content, and I can easily demonstrate measurable risk reduction to leadership.
