Modern, Intuitive, User-Friendly, and a Powerfull Security Awareness Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive makes setup & deployment a breeze. The training modules are modern, fun, and well thought out with a large library to work with. Even great AI & Deepfake tools to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been great so far. The admin interface could use more polish but luckily Adaptive is very open to input and updates happen quite often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive brings a modern take to cyber security training. With relevant topics in today's environment, especially around deep-fakes, social engineering, etc. Automating a lot of the task, trainings, and reporting is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Online demos and trial environments made our evaluation process pretty straightforward. Being able to test the product before putting a dollar down was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding was very smooth, but I wish I could have gotten to work with my sales person through implementation! They were very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear value and easy-to-understand features that make the purchase decision straightforward for non-technical stakeholders.
Flexible + powerful SAT platform
What do you like best about the product?
It’s the best of both worlds: a strong combination of phishing simulation and training tools. Setup was smooth and the platform integrates well with our existing stack. Great customer support and engagement. I use it all frequently for training, including creating new modules and keeping existing ones up to date. Super easy to navigate. Would recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Do more product demos at conferences so more people know about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our phishing tests is huge. I also love that the platform gives us actionable data so that we can improve team behavior and reduce risk.
Excellent next-gen security awareness tool.
What do you like best about the product?
POC took 10 minutes to setup and import all of my users from Azure. Content is great. Saves me a ton of time.

I've been happy with everything so far, no real complaints.

Consolidates phishing simulations and training in one solution, getting rid of the headache of managing multiple security awareness tools at once.

Adaptive is easy to use and delivers what they promise. Customer support is always available and responsive.

There isn't anything negative I would say about Adaptive Security.

What do you like best about the product?
Cutting-edge AI features like deepfake simulations keep our team prepared for evolving threats that traditional training can't address. The technology is impressive, and the team is genuinely easy to work with throughout the evaluation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time constraints make thorough vendor evaluations challenging, but Adaptive makes the process as smooth as possible. More streamlined comparison materials would help accelerate decision-making.

Fills critical gaps in our security program with up-to-date, realistic training content that addresses the latest threat vectors our industry faces.

What do you like best about the product?
It fit our company’s needs in a complete and usable way. User-friendly platform with a passionate team genuinely focused on customer success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, continually rolling out new modules and features means our security team has to stay up to date to the platform changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI powered threats are top of mind for us and it was refreshing to see that Adaptive’s platform addresses these directly

What do you like best about the product?
The team behind Adaptive Security is exceptionally responsive and supportive, always ready to assist. The product itself is incredibly comprehensive, offering all the features we need, and its integration and onboarding process were remarkably seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
While our overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive, we'd love to see more spotlight or use cases demonstrating the platform's capabilities in leveraging a company's own employee data for AI training. This feature is truly impactful and perhaps isn't fully showcased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Security has significantly streamlined our operations by automating employee training. This has drastically reduced the time and effort traditionally required to maintain compliance and foster a strong security awareness culture within our organization.

Adaptive Security software hits all the marks I was looking for in a training and phishing package: Innovative, easy to use, constantly updated, integrates with all our products, and most importantly - super easy to implement.
Adaptive Security's sales engineering and support teams have been unbelievably responsive. They are hungry to serve customers and eager to fix issues or make new features that make sense. They will listen to your needs and respond appropriately. They have not disappeared after the sale, but have stayed fully engaged as we work out the kinks.
I use Adaptive every day just because I want to see how my users are doing and it's actually fun to check in.

Adaptive is new and innovative and that means we've experienced more bugs than you would get in a more mature system. If you can be tolerant of that, they'll fix things incredibly quickly for you. None of the bugs have been existential, just a little annoying at times.

Adaptive addresses emerging cybersecurity awareness training challenges with timely innovative solutions that are straightforward to evaluate and implement within our existing security framework.
Easy to use, even for someone who doesn't know much about the industry
What do you like best about the product?
My team really enjoyed the training - it was personalized and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far! We've been using it for almost 6 months.

Our company needed a cybersecurity training and it was our first one - it is providing the education we needed and more!
