What do you like best about the product?

The training material is excellent. High production value and very engaging. Our employees give great feedback on it. Phishing campaigns are fantastic and email security is great too! Very easy integration with helpful instructions. Intuitive UI and their support staff is always fast and friendly. More affordable than other options we've tested.

What do you dislike about the product?

There really aren't any negatives. It fits our business perfectly and is financially a perfect fit for what we were looking for.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed up to date and topical security and office training material. We got that and more with Adaptive and easily integrated it with our legacy LMS. It's easier to deploy phishing campaigns and get useful analytics from them.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy Adaptive Security is to use. I can navigate the menus, set things up, and look at dashboards and reports because the system feels intuitive. The setup process went very well, and the get started guide walks me through the steps and gives me help along the way. I also value its AI capabilities, including vishing and deep fake testing, which our previous system didn’t have. It helps us keep employees current on cyber security training, fraud techniques, vulnerabilities, and what to look for in their daily jobs.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think Adaptive Security could include additional reports, since different groups want to see different things. More flexibility in the board reporting capabilities would make the system better. There’s nothing else I know of that they can improve.

Adaptive Security helps us keep our employees current on cybersecurity training, fraud techniques, vulnerabilities, and the things they need to look for in their daily jobs.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Adaptive Security is its modern approach to cybersecurity awareness training, especially the AI-driven phishing and vishing simulations. Compared with more traditional security awareness platforms, Adaptive puts the focus on realistic, evolving threats that employees are actually likely to face in today’s environment.

The platform itself is intuitive, and the training content is engaging. The ability to simulate more sophisticated social engineering attacks adds real value, and I also appreciate the emphasis on changing employee behavior rather than simply checking a compliance box. Overall, the combination of phishing, vishing, and email security training creates a more comprehensive way to reduce human risk across the organization.

What do you dislike about the product?

Not much to add, they’ve been incredible to work with and are consistently very responsive whenever we reach out with questions or anything we need help with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adaptive Security helps us address one of the largest risks to our organization: human error and increasingly sophisticated social engineering attacks. Traditional security awareness training often becomes a compliance exercise rather than something that meaningfully changes employee behavior. Adaptive helps bridge that gap through realistic, AI-driven phishing, vishing, and email security simulations that better prepare employees for real-world threats.

From an IT leadership perspective, the biggest benefit is the ability to proactively identify potential vulnerabilities, reinforce good security habits, and build a stronger security-conscious culture across the organization. The AI capabilities are particularly valuable as attackers continue to leverage AI to create more convincing phishing emails, impersonation attempts, and other social engineering attacks.

The platform's intuitive interface and streamlined campaign management also help reduce the administrative effort associated with delivering ongoing training. Having phishing, vishing, and awareness training within a single solution provides a more consistent employee experience and simplifies program management.

Ultimately, the value is in reducing organizational risk, improving employee awareness, and increasing the likelihood that suspicious activity is identified and reported before it becomes a security incident. From an ROI perspective, preventing even one significant security incident can potentially justify the investment, while the automation and intelligence capabilities help our IT team focus on higher-value security initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?

Our annual security awareness training prior to the adoption of Adaptive was often complained about as boring, not relevant, and generally a poor use of time. Adaptive's targeted modules for finance, HR, IT, executives, etc. made the training much better, and I actually received unsolicited comments from employees that were very positive. I appreciate the effort Adaptive puts into this work to make it available to me at the click of a few buttons.

What do you dislike about the product?

During the last campaign, utilizing the different modules to create customized by role awareness, the reporting was a little annoying. Each module list became a separate campaign, which had to be reviewed independently, reported independently, etc. It was more difficult to do things like ensure that everyone in the company was in a list, because they were all separate. The ability to define "subcampaigns" for lack of a better term that could roll up to a single company-wide campaign for reporting would have been very useful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As noted prior, our awareness training was a pain point for our employees, and because of that, it required a lot of nagging and chasing to get it completed. After a couple of years using Adaptive, that has reduced significantly. The ability to use the AI creator to create highly company-specific content adds to that ease of use and ease of adoption, which is fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?

The simulations are realistic, the reports are helpful to determine what areas our firm needs to target - and the check-in meetings we have are so helpful with setting up simulations - really great customer focus.

What do you dislike about the product?

I sometimes have trouble setting up campaigns for our firm, but a quick chat will walk me through.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have various ages and levels of staff, but Adaptive identifies training that benefits everyone. Also, I appreciate the awareness of emerging AI-related threats that I have been given, and guidance on how to approach them.
