What do you like best about the product?
Adaptive Security’s Outlook-level phishing integration uses direct mail injection (DMI) to avoid the usual email-gateway link scanning, which cuts down on false positives and keeps simulations from getting mangled on the way in. The Teams nudges give you a second, harder-to-ignore channel for reminders instead of relying on email blasts that vanish into inbox noise. The training material stays current and has a clean, modern presentation that doesn’t feel dated.
What do you dislike about the product?
One place where the platform could step up is its reporting. The metrics themselves are solid, but the tool doesn’t offer much flexibility in how that data is presented. For example, you can view percentage-based completion on the dashboard, but you can’t generate that same view in the reporting section, where it matters for exports and stakeholder reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Security addresses the common shortcomings of traditional security awareness programs, such as users becoming disengaged, outdated training materials, and phishing simulations that are often disrupted by email security systems. By delivering simulated phishing emails directly into Outlook, it avoids the usual gateway scanners that can break links or cause false alarms, resulting in more authentic and effective phishing tests that mirror real-world threats. Its behavioral nudges, like prompts through Teams, help overcome inbox fatigue by reaching employees in the platforms they use most, reinforcing positive security habits without relying solely on emails that are easily overlooked. The platform also ensures that training content remains up-to-date and visually appealing, which helps prevent the boredom that often comes with mandatory training. What do you like best about the product?

Sometimes, new modules are released more quickly than our team can test them, but the enhancements they bring are consistently valuable and straightforward to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and analytics make it easy to align our awareness training with compliance frameworks. The phishing simulations and OSINT risk scoring give us measurable insight into user behavior, not just completion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I wish I could make more granular edits to individual user records without exporting data, but it’s a small tradeoff given how streamlined the overall platform is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive connects employee awareness directly to compliance and risk metrics. It’s given us stronger reporting for audits and a clear picture of how human factors tie into security readiness.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to set up multiple failure points. With KnowB4, I was able to include attachments and QR codes in any type of phishing email simulation, which made the process more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool increases our users' awareness of the various methods hackers use to try to access our company's private information. It has been helpful in educating our team about potential security threats.
