By far the best in AI security awareness training and phishing simulation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Self-serve trials and upfront pricing transparency simplify budget approvals and eliminate typical vendor negotiation friction. The wide selection of integrations ensures compatibility with our existing technology stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enhanced collaboration with cybersecurity researchers for content development would enrich training materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accelerates vendor selection process with easy-to-test features and clear ROI demonstration, helping us secure budget approval and stakeholder buy-in efficiently.
Incredible AI training and phishing tests
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible AI training and phishing tests, especially the deepfake content especially. It’s super impressive the leaps and bounds ahead of the legacy platforms adaptive are, purely from a tech perspective. The platform is easy to use and their support staff is nothing short of fantastic.

Everything Adaptive offers from front to finish has exceeded my expectations.

Everyone needs security awareness training for compliance and human risk management. Adaptive makes it genuinely delightful.

Adaptive has built a great toolset to help you generate dynamic content to meet your organization training needs. It's a refreshing take on a sector that generally lacks change.

There is a learning curve in setting up campaigns and creating content. Their support team is excellent at help you through this.

It lets us get ahead of the threats that are out there by giving us a way to develop new and relevant content and simulated attacks to keep users safe.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best is that their training tackles the AI threats we're actually worried about today. It’s not just theory; we can run deepfake and vishing simulations in our campaigns, which is a unique and powerful way to prepare our team for what’s really out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
No current ability to block access to email or limit access for repeated clickers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptive Security solves two main problems. First, it replaces outdated, generic security training with modules that are simpler, more engaging, and actually relevant to our team.
Second, and most importantly, it prepares us for modern, AI-powered cyber attacks. Unlike our previous platform, we can now actively run simulations for threats like deepfakes and vishing. This gives our employees direct, practical experience with the realistic and sophisticated attacks they are likely to face, making our organization far more secure.

The future of Security Awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create AI persona's of our exec team is incredible. The "More Urgency" button in AI scenario generation using OSINT allows us to create custom and relevant phishing simulations that are exactly what a threat actor would do if they did their homework on us. Deepfake awareness training modules are lightyears ahead of anyone else I’ve seen. It's also incredibly easy to setup, integrate with Microsoft or Google, and easy to administer. The customer support team has been quick to respond to questions and feature requests too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Adaptive so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to address AI threats since we receive a lot of SMSishing and impersonation attacks. Not only does Adaptive have a tool to create customer AI persona's of execs, their AI generation tool for simulated phishing emails relevant to our company is next-level!

Managing the platform and all of our users has been an absolute breeze. I can’t imagine using another SAT platform now.

Nothing I can think of at the moment, the product is just as advertised

Having infrastructure that easily integrates with our current setup. Adaptive has been monumental in this.

a. I love the AI content creator. For once, I can actually easily make extremely specific content tailored to our company and industry.

There’s not much to dislike about the platform.

a. Creating all of the security awareness training and making sure employees complete it.

The demo and onboarding process was frictionless, and the team's responsiveness to questions, even after we started using them, was impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were so excited by the platform that we were an early adopter, and so we needed to take a bit more time with due diligence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies employee training with digestible modules while providing actionable phishing test metrics that actually help us improve our security.
Engaging security awareness training, especially for AI-based risks
What do you like best about the product?
The admin portal is nice and clean - there's no need to dig through mountains of fluff to get to the information I want. Super easy to use, and their customer support has been second-to-none.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside, per se, but the solution is still under rapid development and changes do happen frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees have a habit of skipping over boring trainings, but Adaptive has been able to keep things fresh and relevant. Their AI risk trainings are topical and have a high engagement with my employees. The phishing simulations have also been extremely effective for boosting reporting rates and increasing awareness.
