I liked its ease of use and its calls' quality

The lack of a downloadable desktop version

The ability to make international calls at a cheaper rate than usual, and the ability to track these calls

The easy way of using its functions. The beautiful design and the user interface. I like that Ziwo developers always try to improve Ziwo and make it better and better

I can almost say nothing. I feel it is in the best shape possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ziwo to resolve the caller's problems. I am able to make outbound calls, listen to the recorded calls, and respond to the inbound calls as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy and friendly and effective. Using the website and also the app made my work experience become much better. Ziwo has it all as a virtual phone.

The voice quality of this software is very good. Especially for recording purposes

The incoming tone is very polite, and one never gets annoyed by receiving the calls

Sometimes the voice seems to be a little low, but that is once in a blue moon

I like that you can listen to the past calls by the same caller even if you were not the initial receiver

Switching from break to available. If you do this without refreshing the app, you'll still show on Break, but you'll be able to receive calls.

Call center agents can also be managers. They can see how long they have been staffed and listen to previous calls

It's a start up and they are always improving. Just work with them and give reviews

What do you like best about the product?
I like the call recording option best for Ziwo. Calls recordings are immediately available for your listening after the call is terminated

All features on the software are useful, but if the software can work well even with poor internet connection.

I am solving ride-hailing complaints on usage and registration. Ziwo has provided easy access for clients to agents.
