Convenient to call anywhere in the world
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ziwo is that it automatically detects the country from the phone number country code. So if you are not aware of which country it is, you will get to know.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing which I have noticed is that whenever I refresh the page it automatically logs me out for a second and then logs me in again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ziwo is making my life easier by giving the stats option. I'm able to keep track of the activities I'm doing daily, which helps me schedule my routine.

Ziwo - It has it all
What do you like best about the product?
Ziwo is very user-friendly and easy to get the hand of. I use it mainly to monitor the agents' calls in different departments and sometimes to place calls with our customers. For the first function, Ziwo provides an excellent interface that allows you to search for calls by number, agent name, and any criteria you can think of. It also allows downloading data in bulk for analysis, other than its analytics tab. For the second function, Ziwo's dialer is pretty straightforward to use. Not to mention the excellent call quality. No delays, no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that Ziwo should improve is the analytics section. The format of the page is a bit difficult to manipulate. This sometimes results in tables that are difficult to view or scroll through.
If that's fixed, I won't see any reason to take the analytics anywhere outside Ziwo.

I use Ziwo to listen to agent calls and create tables for specific metrics. Examples include the speed of picking up a call, average call duration, time spent on break, and so on.
Great system for remote calling
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to use remotely, I spend a lot of time out of the office, so having a system where I can still make calls remotely is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can sometimes freeze for a few seconds.

being able to call remotely and listening back to previous calls
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get for use if you have staff members often out of office or working from home as the mobile application allows you to use the system from any location.

Easy to use, no complications, good quality and efficiency.

Not many features are available, there needs to be a call count option on the home page instead of entering the call log to know how many calls are done.

I recommend Ziwo as it is a simple platform for outbound and inbound calls, call recording and tracking. No complications are associated with this platform.

Would be great to be able to search for a call by phone number as well as by the date and time of the call - currently, this is the only way to search and is not perfect

Need to be able to listen back to calls, the uncertainty of efficiency and productivity, keeping track of the system, keeping track of calls

Great product - I use this daily to track and record my calls both outgoing and incoming - I can listen back to calls, asses my work and learn to be more efficient
