Must-have for product marketers / sellers
What do you like best about the product?
- intuitive UI/UX
- search/retrieval and tagging is exemplary and helps optimize for geo-specific / workflow-specific collateral
- support from the GTM Buddy Team - customer support is simply great!

What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of native GDrive/ Onedrive shortcuts, sharing capabilites have become second nature. Since GTM Buddy replaces that more contextually for a seller, some habituated features would've been great to have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy is our primary sales enablement tool solving for content storage, sharing and raising of new content requests for better tracking & Collaboration. It's used by our sellers across multiple geographies: USA, India, APAC, Japan.
A GTM buddy, indeed!
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of GTMBuddy is the email extension that helps sales reps with exactly what it promises: just in-time enablement. Our teams don’t need to navigate to hundred different folders anymore. Any collateral they need, any question they need answered, is just a search away now - within their inbox!
It's easy to set up. Two strong reasons for that -
1. A strong integrations ecosystem, business vocabulary tagging, and AI-based auto-indexing
2. Their commendable team - both technical and customer support - is very generous with their time and resources. They were our partners every step of the way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't come across any strong negatives yet.

Cool product solving a major pain point, best customer support I've ever received
What do you like best about the product?
The GTM Buddy product is tackling a major problem for our product marketing and sales team. We create sales enablement materials but have limited levers and oversight on distribution. GTM Buddy puts our assets into the hands of sellers at the right time and allows us to see who is viewing what, instead of our sellers searching through our website or a ten-page Google sheet to find what they need.
But what I like best is GTM Buddy's customer support. They are attentive, dynamic, smart, and genuinely focused on driving value for our business with their tool. I haven't experienced anything like it from other vendors.

What do you dislike about the product?
We've had issues with our Salesforce hygiene and how GTM Buddy interacts with it, but again, GTM Buddy's customer support team stepped in with an innovative solution and has walked side-by-side with us every step of the way.

Dedicate an internal spokesperson for the rollout who has experience with the business – you need to understand the language of the business to train the GTM Buddy recommendation algorithim

What do you like best about the product?
Tool gives our sales folks access to all information which was scattered to be collated and used at one go. Outlook plugins making communication easier with prospects with ready to go information
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there are no guided tutorials for features. Having these could help with better utilisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Sales folks constantly struggle to get the information they need and because all of them work in silos there was no single place to locate content. GTM Buddy helped in unifying the content in different locations to give a better experience for sales team and faster turn around.
2) Outlook Plugin (Smart Snippets, Email Templates) - While writing the email when sales person is not sure of which content to send along for the prospects. The machine learning algorithms provide smart recommendations basis of type of prospects. Pre configured email templates reduce the hasstle of even writing the email.
3) Track and Update - This has helped two teams in our organization. Sales teams to track the engagement of prospect with the content. Nudges on teams helped them doing the reachout and prospects interaction with what page of content showcasing prospects interest level. Another team it helped was product marketing to understand the value of content being created. Which content was just getting stale and which was becoming popular with sales folks.

I like how GTM Buddy seamlessly integrates with various platforms and makes it possible to access and share content from Gmail, Salesforce, and Linkedin!
Their content recommendations are spot on, so I am not spending as much time searching and finding the right content.
Email tracking, collateral views, time spent by prospects on each document that you share- is the real deal here.

It's a great tool, all in all. Don't have any complaints about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to use Slack or ping my colleagues to find the content I need.
Everything is organized in one place and its recommendations enable me to gather all of the necessary information before my meetings.
The ability to track email opens, documents viewed by prospects have been super helpful too.

What do you like best about the product?
A seller-friendly interface. Sharing content has never been easier. It provides accurate recommendations and more importantly, it explains why a certain document is recommended and the GTM Buddy team is always available to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Looking forward to enhancements that the team will roll out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can provide our prospects with more nuanced and better buying experiences by customizing the external viewer. Their integration with Slack is fantastic - I am instantly notified when a prospect opens an email/interacts with content, and I can search for and find content using simple commands. It’s been a time-saver for me

What do you like best about the product?
Outlook plugin to share the collaterals with client and tracking engagement on it is easy and useful. And I also like that ability to capture the feedback of sales rep on the ppts, sales decks etc on the platform itself, which helps marketing team to incorporate their feedbacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general it covers all the basic need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time taken to discover content internally has gone down. Also content creation/updation requests have been streamlined and content dissemination has become easy.
Easy to use and Sales Enablement platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive. You can store all your sales/marketing collateral in one place. You can know which prospect has opened which document as you keep sharing them using the platform. Also, you get to know when someone opens your email when you sync it up with your Gmail account. The customer support is amazing. If you have any questions or face any challenges, they're very quick in responding to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is growing well and has a great vision. So hopefully, I see some more out-of-the-box capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the clicks/opens on emails and clicks/opens on documents shared with prospects. Also, an AI element gives you insights into your upcoming meeting. Sync it with your calendar and CRM. It can tell you what files you can share, what questions you can ask and so on.

It's a platform that is getting built, so there may not be one or two features, but we can rest assured that even those will eventually get shipped

All in one place for Sales team. Very intuitive and user friendly interface.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and ease of use for Sales folks—an ideal place to collaborate with the Marketing team. The best thing is the mail plugin which helps you retrieve whatever collaterals and templates required for mailing your prospects. A real game changing platform that takes Sales Enablement to the next level. Insights features on the collateral shared helps understand the pulse of the customer in a better level sometimes helping you time your call to your customer or send teaser emails on specific topics of interest to the customer. The GTM team is swift and agile in creating great user experience through consistent feedback mechanism from its users. I have personally seen my suggestions being implemented on the platform in no time.

Nothing as such. Overall the experience has been good till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching of contents has been made super easy. I time the call made to you a prospect when I get a notification saying the mail has been opened by the customer and it has been super effective in quick recall. Of course insights helps speak to customer in the area of their interest.

The best Sales Enablement tool I have used. Easy to use and navigate and great customer support.
