A Continuous Learner's Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy doesn't just stop at enabling for onboarding/ramping. It's a platform with many tools to enable teams to certify on the newest best practices in an educational and stress free environment. The AI roleplay tools allow you to put what you're learning into practice. There are even digital sales room and RFP tools. The offerings go well beyond surface level sales enablement.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the options and flexibility come.... a lot of options and flexibility. The options can feel overwhelming at times to a new user, but this has never limited by ability to find assets or materials I was looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy is helping me get the right content and answers in front of prospects faster than competitors. Whether it’s handling RFPs, pulling in competitive insights, or surfacing the right answer mid-call it saves me a ton of time and energy.

The best thing about GTM Buddy is its AI-driven contextual intelligence and unified platform. It empowers sales teams with "just-in-time" content and guidance directly within their workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of specific features, such as more detailed content tracking (e.g., exactly who opened an email, not just "someone"). The user interface, while functional, could be more intuitive and visually streamlined for an even better experience. 
Also, driving consistent internal adoption can sometimes require considerable effort, suggesting a need for more built-in nudges to encourage regular usage.

Truly Efficient and Simplifying GTM
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about GTM Buddy is how effortlessly it lets me share relevant content with prospects directly through Gmail and Outreach. The seamless integration saves time and ensures my outreach is always personalized and on point. I also love that I can track who opens my emails, and the instant updates I get about it on Slack make it easy to stay on top of prospect engagement in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. Just sometimes, the extension can be a little slow to respond on Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy is solving the challenge of efficiently sharing large files, including videos and other rich content, with prospects, which is often a limitation with traditional email and sales platforms. This benefits me by making my communication with prospects smoother and more professional. I can share impactful, high-quality materials without worrying about delivery failures.

1. I wish the interface had a cleaner visual layout or beginner tips when starting. Took a few tries to get comfortable.
2. Sometimes I find too many similar cards for one topic. It would be great if it highlighted just the top recommended one for faster action.

GTMbuddy helps me stop guessing what works. I can see exactly who viewed the content I shared and for how long so I know when to follow up and what’s resonating. It takes the guesswork out of prospecting and makes my outreach more timely and relevant.

What do you like best about the product?
The real-time tracking of content engagement is a game-changer, knowing exactly when a prospect opens a deck and what they focus on helps us follow up at the perfect moment. I also love the ease of creating personalized microsites with all relevant content in one place, it makes us look more professional and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but deeper analytics across multiple accounts or industries would be helpful, especially to compare how different content performs. Occasionally, the UI can feel a bit crowded when managing many assets, but nothing that impacts usability significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy solves the problem of content chaos and lack of visibility in prospect engagement. It ensures SDRs and marketers always share the right, up-to-date content and gives real-time insights into what prospects are viewing. This helps us prioritize hot leads, personalize outreach, and move deals faster.

After using GTM Buddy, it's easy to share content; we don't have the dependency on anybody to ask for content, content shared is trackable, we can know who and how many times our content is being viewed

Many times, the integration or connector automatically stops.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the time I use it to ask questions through The AI feature, create slides, and track viewers to understand intent, and also to safeguard confidential documents. Also not to mention they have a solid customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really. There are literally no downside of using GTM buddy.

Safegaurding confidential docs, Comp set analysis, AI coaching to navigate objections.

What do you like best about the product?
The single most change that GTM Buddy has brought in the sales process is to reduce the turn around time in fetching the right, updated resources that the employees need in their daily activities. It is easy to use. Easy to share. Easy to update, Easy to track who uses, sees, or downloads the material. And if you have any question, you need only ask. AskBuddy does the hard work of fetching the right information in real time and gives you the answer to power your sales calls or speed up the daily office work. And the frequency of use of the different materials also help identifying what kind of resources do the sales team need more.
What do you dislike about the product?
People wouldn't know what to do with all the time they save :-D

1. Content Discovery: It has made it extremely easy for teams to discover content; product content, brand assets, brand numbers, etc. 
2. Communication Parity: Teams, both external-facing and internal, often quoted inconsistent numbers, inconsistent product features, or use outdated content. That stops with GTM Buddy.
3. Brand Governance: As the owner of brand communications, it has made my life easy in updating the teams and ensuring that the brand message is not relayed incorrectly to the outside world.
4. Content Update: While brand and product teams have tried multiple ways in the past to ensure consistent communication in the past, it was easy for the teams to miss when the content was updated. It stops now. Because you can update easily, and be assured that the right content will be used, as everyone would share from the platform itself.

It is a centralized repository for all the tools of RateGain, even if the enablement sessions of a product is not done, still you can read about it and pitch it to the customers.

Nothing to dislike in GTM Buddy, it is a good tool for both Sales and Marekting

It gives us an idea about the service or product in which the customer is interested in after open ended demos where you discuss all the solutions and share the generic intro deck, you get to see how much time a customer has spend on which product's slide.
