Game-Changer for Enablement and the Support Team is Top-Notch
What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy has been an absolute game-changer for our enablement efforts. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and packed with functionality that makes it easy to get the right content to the right people at the right time. We’ve never experienced any downtime or technical hiccups - it just works.
What really sets GTM Buddy apart is the customer service. The team is incredibly responsive, quick to answer questions, and genuinely open to feedback. I’ve submitted roadmap requests and actually seen them implemented - something that’s rare and so appreciated. It’s clear they care deeply about building a product that works for their customers.
The implementation process was also seamless. We had full support every step of the way, which made getting up and running incredibly easy.
We’ve found the current integrations, like with Google Calendar, especially helpful - content is delivered in a push method, which makes it more accessible for our team and encourages consistent and frequent usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much! If I had to nitpick, it’s that there’s so much functionality, it can take a little time to uncover everything the platform can do. That said, the onboarding and support teams are amazing and make the learning curve pretty smooth.
Looking ahead, I’d love to see even more integrations - something like a DealHub integration, for example, could make digital sales rooms even more impactful. But overall, it’s been an incredibly strong tool for our team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy helps us solve one of the biggest challenges in enablement: getting the right content in front of sellers at the exact moment they need it. Instead of digging through folders or bookmarking endless links, reps get contextually relevant content surfaced automatically, whether they’re preparing for a call, writing emails, or checking their calendar.
It’s also helped us streamline onboarding and reinforce training through in-the-flow guidance, which drives faster time to ramp and better content adoption overall. And having both our CMS and LMS centralized in one place means tool fatigue is no longer an issue , reps aren’t juggling multiple platforms just to find what they need.
The push-based delivery ensures our enablement efforts actually reach the field and that’s made a big impact on usage and outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing  was that i get all the documents in one place it self and also its easy to use . Its AI ask feature  was frequently used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of  know but it need to be faster in respect  of Ask AI and need more documents use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that GTM buddy solved it is one platform with all the documents, ask ai, learning segment so we don't have to navigate to any other platform for sales deck, one pager also we can share the documents across clients and get to know at what pages they were engaged most.

It’s a very helpful tool for us to learn about each n every solution company has. Over that, we can test our skills and also do certified courses for our betterment within the organisation

Some AI generated suggestions can work better. More advanced filters in content search could be helpful

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy truly excels at surfacing the right content at the right time within the tools our sales team already uses—like CRM, email, and Slack. The contextual recommendations are spot on, helping reps avoid the time-consuming hunt for assets. It’s intuitive, easy to onboard new users, and integrates seamlessly into existing workflows. The analytics also give valuable insights into what content is resonating with buyers and how it's being used in deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is powerful, but at times, the backend content organization and tagging can feel a bit manual and time-consuming to set up properly. Also, while integrations are strong, more out-of-the-box customization for industry-specific workflows would be helpful. Occasional lag in syncing updates from the CMS is another minor concern.

Before GTM Buddy, our reps struggled to locate the right collateral, especially during fast-moving sales conversations. Content was scattered across multiple platforms, often outdated, and difficult to personalize quickly. GTM Buddy has solved this by automatically surfacing the most relevant content based on deal context—like industry, persona, or sales stage—right inside Salesforce, Gmail, or Slack.
This has significantly increased sales productivity and reduced time spent searching for assets. It’s also helped marketing teams get better visibility into what content is being used and what’s driving engagement. Overall, GTM Buddy has helped align marketing and sales more effectively and shorten our sales cycles by enabling faster, smarter communication with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy has completely transformed how our sales team works. The Ask Buddy feature is a lifesaver during live calls when tough questions come up, I can instantly find accurate, up-to-date answers without digging through old decks or drives. Content is always current, thanks to centralised updates that show up directly in my CRM, so I trust what I’m sharing. The Salesforce integration fits seamlessly into my workflow, making it easy to prep calls, pull case studies, or follow up all without switching tools. Onboarding has also improved drastically. new AEs get guided learning paths and real-life scenarios, cutting ramp time nearly in half. The digital sales rooms add professionalism and let us track buyer engagement for smarter followups. Most importantly, the team actually uses it. Unlike other platforms we’ve tried, GTM Buddy has become part of our daily routine. It’s not perfect, but for growing sales teams, it solves the real problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI search is frustratingly specific, missing relevant content if I don't use exact keywords. Analytics are basic compared to other sales tools  I'd love deeper insights into what content actually drives deals forward. Customization is limited, which frustrates our marketing team when branding digital sales rooms.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable feature is the visibility into who has opened the deck and how much time each RPC has spent on it. Additionally, it provides insights into which decks are performing best and receiving the most engagement from RPCs

While GTM Buddy is highly effective in providing content visibility and engagement insights, the user interface can feel slightly cluttered at times, especially when navigating through multiple decks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy helps solve the challenge of tracking sales content engagement by providing clear visibility into who is viewing the shared decks and how much time they spend on each section. This insight enables me to prioritize follow-ups more effectively, tailor conversations based on buyer interest, and identify which content resonates most with our audience.
