Nothing! It's a really slick piece of software

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to find and share the right content at the right time. GTM Buddy integrates smoothly into our workflows, surfacing relevant information without us needing to dig around. It has made collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success much easier, ensuring everyone is aligned with the latest messaging and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is generally very strong, but at times the search function can feel a little too broad, returning more results than I need. It would be great to see even more filters or personalization options to speed up access to the most relevant content. Occasionally, onboarding new team members also requires a bit of guidance before they feel fully comfortable using all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy has helped us solve the challenge of getting the right content in front of the right people at the right time. Instead of digging through multiple tools or relying on tribal knowledge, our teams now have one place to access the most relevant collateral, messaging, and updates. This has shortened sales cycles, improved consistency in customer conversations, and made it much easier for new reps to ramp up quickly. The Digital Sales Room functionality has also been a big win, giving prospects a clear and professional hub for all shared resources.

Absolutely nothing honestly its been the greatest tech for our company

What do you like best about the product?
GTM Buddy is a total game changer for sales folks. I'm talking about getting the exact content, battle cards, or talking points I need right when I need them, whether I’m writing an email, in a meeting, or looking at a CRM opportunity. The Ask Buddy feature is like having a personal sales coach always ready with instant answers - obviously you need to invest time in organising your collaterals the first time but they alos help a lot with that.
The digital sales rooms are another highlight; they create a professional space for buyers while giving me real-time insights on what content is resonating, allowing me to focus my follow-ups where they’ll have the most impact. It's a huge win that GTM Buddy works perfectly with my everyday tools like HubSpot, Gmail and the google calendar so I’m not constantly jumping between apps.
This all actually frees up a ton of my time, allowing me to engage with more prospects and get more done in my limited hours. The customer support and implementation team have also been amazing by being super responsive, helpful and genuinely invested in our success.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is packed with functionality, it can be a bit overwhelming at first to uncover everything it can do. The initial setup for content organization and tagging can feel manual and time-consuming, although the excellent support team helps make the process smoother. I'd love to see a more intuitive and visually streamlined user interface, especially for new users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy is primarily solving the problem of organising the multiple collaterals, blogs and presentations that our organisation has produced over the last 4 years. This helps knowing which content is helpful for every type of persona across different organisation sizes. With regards to context enablement that often helps me and our sales teams increase their effectiveness and run more prospects through the funnel, faster.
The digital sales rooms provide a professional, organized space for prospects to rope in different stakeholders (InfoSec, CFO, COO, etc.) and gives real-time insights into what content they're engaging with. This allows me to tailor my follow-ups and conversations, making every interaction more impactful.

Great product making GTM Teams agile using AI
What do you like best about the product?
Some very good AI features have been built, where we can build AI agents or even build Notebook LLM-like projects for every opportunity. Also, the sharing capability and integrations with Salesforce and tools like Avoma/Gong are helpful. Easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel they need to be more pushy with GTM teams to improve adoption of their product. Also, the search results can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ask Buddy solves for answering all the questions all customer facing teams have. It is also our content central repository across the organization. We are also tracking usage of the content which becomes a good input for the marketing and PMM teams.

I absolutely love the AI capabilities in GTM Buddy. The way it lets me add a link and automatically generates responses as soon as a client opens my email or document is a game changer. The DSR feature is phenomenal — earlier, I used to manage this entire workflow manually on Google Docs, but now GTM Buddy feels like a proper digital workforce for me.

GTM Buddy solves our biggest content discovery challenge. We create a lot of success stories, use cases, and battle cards, but earlier we had to manually search through them for client outreach. Now, GTM Buddy organizes and surfaces the most relevant content instantly. It acts like a co-workforce arm, providing real-time, tailored answers and insights, helping us prepare faster, engage better, and save hours every week.

Honestly, not much! If I had to nitpick, it’s that there’s so much functionality, it can take a little time to uncover everything the platform can do. That said, the onboarding and support teams are amazing and make the learning curve pretty smooth.
Looking ahead, I’d love to see even more integrations - something like a DealHub integration, for example, could make digital sales rooms even more impactful. But overall, it’s been an incredibly strong tool for our team.

Instead of digging through folders or bookmarking endless links, reps get contextually relevant content surfaced automatically, whether they’re preparing for a call, writing emails, or checking their calendar.
It’s also helped us streamline onboarding and reinforce training through in-the-flow guidance, which drives faster time to ramp and better content adoption overall. And having both our CMS and LMS centralized in one place means tool fatigue is no longer an issue , reps aren’t juggling multiple platforms just to find what they need.

Helpful , easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing was that i get all the documents in one place it self and also its easy to use . Its AI ask feature was frequently used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of know but it need to be faster in respect of Ask AI and need more documents use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that GTM buddy solved it is one platform with all the documents, ask ai, learning segment so we don't have to navigate to any other platform for sales deck, one pager also we can share the documents across clients and get to know at what pages they were engaged most.
