We can create own CRM easily. Smooth response.
SugarCRM review - works great for our business
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sugar's UI, as it's very intuitive, and the user-customisable views, let me set up my screens and dashboards to let me see exactly what I need to see to ensure my customers and opportunities are all on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sugar is great in handling Leads, Contacts, Opps, Accounts, Forecasting, Quotes, COntracts, Projects, Sugar has been a little lacking on the marketing side. It does have automated emails and target lists which we use, but the content (eg template) creation tool is quite basic, which meant you had to cut and past HTML int there. But recently Sugar acquired a Marketing Automation Company called Salesfusion, so I'm guessing thats going to make it much better soon for marketing teams using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our sales, customer support, and operations team use Sugar to capture all interactions, and allows us to see what happenning at any time with the customer acrosss the teams. Even emails are catured in the CRM, so all can see the latest conversations going on to be up to speeed when we speak to a customer. We also use it to manage out monthly and annual recurring revenues, which are automated, so clients renewals are sorted easily without input from the sales team unless necessary. Account management plans are also built into Sugar meaning that regular communication is planned and happens when it should to ensure clients are looked after.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool that's flexible and can be configured without developer skiils, and have a budget of more than 10K per year, then definitely trial it before you make your decision.

What do you like best about the product?
This one provides a very simple interface which helps easy to navigate throughout the CRM. It keeps your data handy which make you get all the report on time. We can also create a different campaign for different teams which helps your sales and marketing team at the same time. happy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It looks like it's it bit slow, not sure its internal problem with us or it's actually slow because of code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were facing challenges to manage sales and marketing campaign, not with the help of this its resolve. Now we can create for both teams and easily manage all the data within CRM only.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes it's well easy to use and cost effective so please go for it and try you will love it

It's completely customizable, also has self hosting option which you dont find almost anywhere else

The price it is a bit extreme but you get what you way for

The customizations of SugarCRM is the biggest asset for our business. With this, we're capable of making modifications when it comes to tackling sales

Quite complicated to set up and install. The interface looks very old and uncomfortable.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and migrating data is easy as well. There is a lot of simplicity with using SugarCRM. It was straightforward, and user friendly. Uploading documents is easy, tracking changes in accounts is easy. Helps keep sales leads and opportunities much more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software how ever have some complexities. Using it to it's fullest is not easy.

It is an easy way of keeping track customer contracts and sending out marketing.

Its a crm, not a ton else to say. It helps to keep this moving for sales and marketing.

The lack of native integrations is killer here. Building custom solutions for what already exists on Salesforce is a waste of time in my opinion.

Customer service is amazing. People are very understand and patient

Wait time was a little bit off and long but I enjoyed being able to have a good experience

What do you like best about the product?
I love that sugar is very organzied and how multiple actions I can do in it. It works for multiple departments too; accounting, sales, finance, customer cases, client services, office manager, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it acts strange trying to save something on a page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that with sugar I can keep notes on my clients, and a huge benefit to that is if one of my colleagues in another part of the office can access the same client page as me, and we can both share notes on the client. Also a huge benefit is that it keeps track of phone calls and the time on the phone. Last, a big benefit is that it is linked to my Microsoft Outlook email so I can use outlook for my emails, and view them all in sugar on the clients page.

DO IT! Sugar is very easy to use and comes with so many feautures,
showing 311 - 320
