What do you like best about the product?
Traceability within Sugar is excellent. Ease of searching for records is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system itself is for minimalist businesses. Constantly has error messages and cannot link to other software as well.

Looking to categorize and track opportunities and RLI’s.

What do you like best about the product?
This software has the superb features such as dashboard and the reporting features. There features are very accurate and so easy to understand. The great advantage that this software provides us is that SugarCRM makes marketing so much easier for us and we don’t need a huge marketing team because we have the best software as SugarCRM. We used this software for the emails tracking and it really help us in business management. Hence for me SugarCRM software is the great business development software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SugarCRM is very expensive software and the users should pay annually. We are also able to schedule our post, but sometimes it failed to post many days. But still the SugarCRM software is the great business development software. Moreover, SugarCRM has the superb features such as the dashboard and the reporting features. These features are very accurate and so easy to understand. SugarCRM is best for the emails tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The great advantage of this software is that and we don’t need a huge marketing team because we have the best software as CRM makes marketing so much easier for us. This software has great features and a difficult. The one of the most important things is that software, it is the best tracker and it provide the great platform for marketing. This software is also best for a dealer, it deals with the costumer for the better way and easy for the all customization. This software is best for reporting, it gives us the best details for our accounts and deal with the better and more efficient way. The one of the most important things is that software, it is mostly use for small business level. It is the best sales and a best tracking software. It can provide the best sales price of the market for our customers. It also provides the best security of our system and protect our system. It’s all features are very outstanding and useful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is very expensive software and difficult features. It is the best marketing software and we can easily deal with our customers and provide the best sales price according to the market. The one biggest problem is that software, it is expensive so most of the people use another software because it's all the features are very outstanding, and we can't understand these features. It provides the bad internet connection and we can't give the more details of the costumer account. But I only use this software because it helps me for everything and solve my all the problems.

This is the more efficient software and the best management software. I use this software for our business work and easiest way to deal with the costumer. I always recommended to everyone to use this software because it makes all life too much easier and all the features are very outstanding.

This software is best dealer, we can deal with the regular customer by using this software. The one most important benefit is that software, it is the best reporting software for all functions that we use. It is also a best tracker for the business, and it is very fast software. Its helps for the business to run fast and successful for the business. It’s all the functions are too much easy and all the features are outstanding. It provides the best security of our system and it also gives the best sales price of our customers. This software is mostly use for business because it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the best marketing software for business but sometimes it cannot provide the best market price of our customers. The one biggest problem is that software, it’s a very bad connection provider, the bad service cannot provide the best market rates for our customers. This is an expensive software and most of the people can't afford this software. It is very bad consumerization software and it can't provide the more information about this software. But this is very useful for us and easy.

This software is almost best because it is very easy to use and it's all features are outstanding and easy. It is expensive but it has great ability to provide the best security of our system and deal with the costumer. My all the experience is almost positive, and I always recommended to use this software because it has a great tracker for the marketing.

For a platform oriented towards small businesses, the version of SugarCRM is really powerful and helps us with a large amount of data and communications. The design and the various pages of the user portal are elegant and easy to navigate. We can store all the data we need about our customers and track sales channels, calls, and other communications. The email marketing function is one of the most effective sales tools we have. There are great templates that allow us to get the email design and send them to clients and customers in a very short time. The templates are usually very well designed and allow modifications to help us adapt them to our specific requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen the list of features of many CRM platforms and I have found that there are usually certain things that some platforms have and others do not. I have read about some email marketing features that are more customizable and automated in other CRM platforms that I would like to see in SugarCRM. I still like the email capabilities of SugarCRM, but it is probably not as comprehensive and intelligent as other CRM platforms that seem to be more oriented towards email campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The metrics and other feedback information in our SugarCRM account really give us the edge when it comes to analyzing our sales and overall marketing efforts. We have access to solid numerical data, along with more textual feedback from customers, which gives us a meaningful picture of our current status with a roadmap for real actions. We see a good amount of increased efficiency when it comes to using the SugarCRM platform compared to not using it. It is a platform that is not extremely confusing to use and can be implemented for almost all types of campaigns and products we launch.

The one most obvious difficulty that we faced is that there is no great documentation of the SugarCRM. Another disadvantage of this software that it is so hard to make an update and change the exciting functionality. It is not very easy to use for the beginners. But still its features are outstanding such as the contacts management and scheduling is great for sales and customer service to communicate with our friends, colleagues and customers.

I can easily track all the opportunities and have an efficient management of the sales process. I can easily manage the schedule tasks and pull reports in a more efficient way.

The one thing that I don’t like about this software is that the small organization cannot afford the CRM and it not take the fully advantage of this efficient software. Another disadvantage of this software is that sometimes the information can blend together and can be difficult to find it if there are long list of things which you are looking for. But to conclude that SugarCRM is the best software for tracking the sales and lead in a more efficient way.

The implementation of SugarCRM software in most cases requires assistance or hiring of personnel in systems, which starts to generate extra costs.

This happens because it provides us with the market intelligence we need to have a complete view of the client and anticipate opportunities.
