What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about SugarCRM Solution Suite is how easy it makes it to see the whole process on one place. Tracking emails, calls, and meetings together saves me a lot of time and keeps things organized. The automation features, like reminders and sequences, really help me stay on top follow ups and focus on the right leads. Even for someone new, the interface is simple and doesn't take long to get used to, which makes training the team much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel SugarCRM Solution Suite can be bit limiting for smaller teams because the more advanced features are locked behind the higher priced plans. The reporting works well enough, but if you want specific insights, you often have to tweak things manually. Setting up integrations with other tools also takes some time, and I have noticed that you might need extra help from their support team to get everything running smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM Solution Suite has really made things smoother for us. Instead of jumping between different tools, we now manage everything in one place. Tracking calls, follow ups, and keeping the pipeline updated feels effortless. The reporting and analytics also give us a clear picture of how the team is doing, where we're stuck, and how we can close deals faster. Its saved us time cut down on confusion, and helped us focus on the opportunities that actually matter.

All in one CRM that works great

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM Solution Suite feels very easy to get along with. The layout is simple, nothing confusing, and it actually helps focus on my work instead of figuring out the system. I like how I can track calls and prospect activity in one place, but the email assistant is the real time saver it makes my day to day tasks much lighter. I'm still new to it, but compared to other CRMs I have used in my sales career, this one feels more straightforward and less of a headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't really have any major complaints about SugarCRM Solution Suite. The only bump in the road was when I tried to upload a spreadsheet with my old prospects. For some reason, the company names didn't carry over, and I had to type them in manually. I'm not even sure if I just missed a step myself it feels more like me still getting used to the system than an actual problem with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, managing prospects and client communication used to feel like a mess switching between spreadsheets, emails, and different tools all the time. SugarCRM Solution Suite makes it so much easier by putting everything in one place. I can track leads, manage conversations, and keep all client info organized without constantly jumping around. It just makes work feel smoother and less stressful. I'm really curious to dive in and see all the ways it can help me work smarter, not harder.

Helps Keep Everything in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM lets me change things the way our team needs. I can add new fields, move stuff around, and even build dashboards that show the important numbers. It feels like I’m in control, and I don’t need to be a super coder to do it. It also makes it easy to see all our customer details without jumping between different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part is that it’s not simple for new people. At first the menus look confusing, and it takes time to learn where everything is. If you don’t practice, you can get lost. Some reports also need extra steps, which feels slow when you’re in a hurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we had customer notes and deals saved in many different places. It was messy. Now, everything is stored in one system, so we don’t miss things. It saves me a lot of time and helps the sales team focus on customers instead of searching for data. It makes our work cleaner and easier every day.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SugarCRM Solution suite as because it provides us wide number of features like sales, support, marketing in one place.
It is easy to use and quite easy to implement and integrate it with tools like other ERP system.
Its customer support is much helpful and responsive.
Overall the frequency of use is high because of its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had good experience with SugarCRM and there is nothing to dislike.

It helps in managing customer data and sales that is quite difficult without it.
As it has good interface and single unified platform to manages all these things.

A Flexible CRM with a Steep Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about SugarCRM is its incredible customization and flexibility. While many CRMs have a one-size-fits-all feeling, you can truly customize it according to your business needs. We have been able to add and modify fields, screens, and even whole modules to fit our company's specific workflow. Plus, it has some pretty powerful reporting and forecasting capabilities, which adds value for my team. The ability to pull a report in seconds, with just a few clicks, has given us great visibility into our sales pipeline, as well as interactions with customers. I very much appreciate the support from the customer support team, as they are very responsive. If we experience issues they are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest downside is the learning curve. For those who aren't highly tech savvy, new users may get overwhelmed with the interface. The backend navigation to create reports and dashboards is not always intuitive, then once you feel comfortable, it takes a fair amount of training and practice to really understand all the nuances of the software. The customization is a pro, but it truly can be a con if you aren't careful. If you don't have a good plan, you can easily get lost in all the options. I also wish the free version was more robust; it would be a great way for people to actually have true exposure to the software without needing to pay for access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM is addressing the challenge of a cluttered, inefficient sales process. In the past, we had customer data dispersed across various spreadsheets and platforms, making it extremely difficult to assemble an entire picture of a client. Now our software has centralised all customer data and standardised our processes, which has improved our workflow for managing a sales pipeline. This saves me a ton of time and effort compared to a time-consuming data entry, and tracking position. It has allowed my team to now build relationships and close deals, rather than engaging in administrative activities. The automated processes have improved visibility and reporting, leading to better decisions and improvements—resulting in a more active and successful sales team!

Sometimes, SugarCRM Solution site feel overly complex and require significant technical knowledge or developer support to set it up. It is difficult to adapt to new users. The advanced features and integrations come at higher cost, which is difficult for small businesses to afford.

SugarCRM provides user friendly designs and allows customizable dashboards and workflows. It allows third party integrations as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Its mobile applications (iOS and Android) are also advantageous for remote teams, keeping productivity seamless beyond the office. It also offers exceptional flexibility and customisation. Whether it’s tailored modules, workflows, or dashboards, we were able to mold the platform to fit our unique business processes, not the other way around

The learning curve is steep, especially if you're doing deep customisations, requiring dedicated training and technical support.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep, it is difficult for non technical users to learn it. Performance also lags when it comes to large databases. Some integrations require third party tools or custom development which increases costs and maintenance involved.

It provides analytics tools offer valuable insights into customer behaviour and business performance. It provides intuitive user interface and It provides integrations as well as it provides strong API support.
