What do you like best about the product?
The price is still the biggest selling point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience of the portal could be further improved. Also, it feels like too much white space is on the portal screens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have brought the entire quoting process into Sugar and have also customized SugarCRM to build-out contracts based on the products

Needs more flexibility in the back end of customisation

Back end gets cluttered - things are named wrong but this cannot be changed

What do you like best about the product?
Its has all the features (maybe even more) than Salesforce.com but it is more affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of local support. Same difficulties and costs associated w/Salesforce for integrating into legacy systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Budgetary and time restrictions for hiring local consultant for intregration project (obviously this is not Sugar´s fault).

Professional tool to get the job done - Sugar Sell

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell is an extremely flexible CRM solution that can be easily customized and provides very robust reporting. It efficiently manages our customer's data and helps in tracking leads, manage customers and track interaction progress of interaction with customers. Sugar Sell is easily accessible and I can easily access Sugar Sell via its IOS application and perform operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while performing heavy tasks the tool becomes very slow and slows down our system and we have to relaunch the Sugar Sell. Almost all of the modules can be modified, however, a few of the modules aren't customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Sugar Sell to track leads, utilize marketing automation, customer relationship, opportunities, and projects. It gives us a full overview of the information that helps us in improving our relations with customers and improve our business process.

Most Flexible and easy to use CRM - Sugar Sell

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell really makes it easy for us to track leads, sales account and manage customer accounts. The tool is extremely flexible and is capable of performing large data operations and complex tasks. We can easily create tasks and associate them with almost anything in the Sugar Sell system and set reminders for the tasks to easily follow up with the customers. The email automation feature is one of a very powerful feature of Sugar Sell that helps in sending email campaigns to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While generating reports the tool consumes a lot of memory and slows down the system and sometimes even crashes the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell helps our sales department staying in touch with customers and know what is going with all of the customers. Sugar Sell has great functionality and helps us track leads, sales management, and customers. Sugar Sell is the perfect solution that can solve our customer relations needs.

What do you like best about the product?
This SugarCRM system is well utilized by the entire organization team. It is a cloud-based software that allows us to customize if we require to add extra functions in it. It can easily organize our contact and accounts that help larger department stay in touch. It is one of the cost-effective solution and available to be self-hosted also. This CRM is being used across the whole organization in the sales, marketing and support team. This CRM software is easy to use to access the client information from any smartphone device and allow us to add info in real-time as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
SugarCRM has a decent email marketing tool but far from the best, It has to be better than other marketing platforms which is already best in cost effective solutions and the user interface needs to be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM is perfectly suited for our organization in terms of functionality, productivity-wise. It has a user-friendly mobile app which provides us complete flexibility whether at own desk or in the field. It is a customisable CRM platform that easily customise as per our requirement like adding extra features.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Sales Department really likes Sugar Sell as it helps in improving our sales process and achieving goals. It is a very flexible and reliable solution that is adapted to handle our organization data and can be easily customized as per organization needs. Customized reports are a very powerful feature in Sugar Sell and provide very helpful insight and reports. It helps in mapping each individual customer journey and sending them customer satisfactory survey from the day of sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgradation process should be improved as it requires a lot of IT Support and slows down our work process. Almost every module is customizable however a few of the modules can't be edited or modified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sugar Sell to automate the business sale process, manage customers, tracking leads, and tracking interaction with customers. It is capable of automatically gathering social and customer data and provides actionable insights. We can easily manage opportunities, tasks and send emails to our customers right from the Sugar Sell Dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell is extremely flexible and efficient CRM that is capable of capturing useful data that is important to our organization. It helps us in tracking leads, managing customers and tracking interaction with our customers. It improves the interaction process with other internal departments in the organizations. Sugar Sell helps us in interacting and communicating with our customers in a professional way and improve relations with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sugar Sell consumes a lot of browser system memory and slows down our system and crashes browser very often. Another thing I dislike about Sugar Sell is that we cannot log in from multiple devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell is the most important tool in our organization that helps us in effectively manage customers and leads in order to improve the sales process. Sugar Sell has tremendous features and functionality such as marketing automation, customer journey, tracking lead that and that's what makes it unique and better than other CRM's.

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with SugarCRM for many clients and it is a cost-effective solution as compared to its competitors like Salesforce and it has essentially all of the features of salesforce and more at a lower price. This solution is extremely flexible, easy to use and ability to customize the reporting. It helps us to track all of our interactions with our clients and allow us to monitor the entire sales funnel. It is easily integrated with emails, so users get an email update whenever a status is changed. It is laid out in a very intuitive manner and can manage thousands of entries and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow us to easily merge duplicate entries and data will get lost while transfer and another improvement required in the reporting capabilty section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SugarCRM is the right solution for our company that easily fall in line and very cost-effective solution with the ability to view the sales funnel and to see the value for our pipeline at a given time was amazing. Overall I really liked this CRM software.
