A great platform for those looking at a middle ground between the beasts & imitators of the industry
What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell has a lot to offer, much of which can be customized and tweaked - even for those who aren't able to code. I constantly change various functions, screens, options, processes, etc. throughout the modules our team regularly uses and am able to do so quickly. Most changes immediately take effect, too.
I have a great account management team who is always there to help when problems arise or we have new project needs.
Our system houses many records and over 200 regular users and we rarely encounter issues with system speed or bandwidth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the experience is a little glitchy and features don't always perform as they should. Small things like random loading messages that won't go away, a screen refreshing for no reason when entering information (and you have to start over), etc.
They push an excessive amount of upgrades each year, particularly when you have a highly customzied environment that requires thorough UAT each time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the visibility we've been seeking into the lives of our sellers. We have a better idea of daily activity and we understand our accounts and their habits much better than when we started.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides our company with trustworthy CRM software that has served us for year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be improved, the SMS tool is not very convenient and needs improvement, the search function only gets you one client at a time if you type multiple client id's and it's missing real-time updates throughout the whole of the functionalities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the basis of our day to-day, it allows us to have a complete and thorough file for our clients, it allows us to implement tools to keep track of our clients

It has more features & customization options to set up the CRM for any business. It is designed for the management & Sales Executive to follow up on deals.

Difficult to navigate & find what you are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar Sell always has a consistent software update and the version, including its features, levels up annually. It has a lot of modules to be utilized that are interconnected to each other. Also, it does allow you to create custom modules that you or your client requires and still be interwoven with out-of-the-box modules and fuctionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The authentication configurations are a bit lacking. Developers may need to configure the parameters with the out-of-the-box authentication fields; tweak the authentication under the hood to integrate to the client's or worst case scenario is doing both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a great CRM tool that is used as a central data hub for clients having numerous departments where data has to be synced in real-time as users update them accordingly.
Constant bugs and no support.
What do you like best about the product?
The potential and logging off. It could be a good product if they communicated with customers after receiving payment. I like that we will be selecting a new marketing automation software in the coming year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support and product design. Consistently receive responses from the support team that there is a bug that needs to be fixed. The software does not work well and is not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is currently creating more problems than it is solving and taking up alot of the marketing teams time. Many initiatives are on hold due to lack of response from support and numerous product bugs.

Provides the account and contact management details of all customer interactions, history, and details in one part.

Can improve the user experience, flexibility in integration, and performance

It's Solved our Promotional Marketing activities task. It helped us promote our brand in an efficient manner. It made us more productive using automation. The business had seen a lot of improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a software that has it all, its functions are very useful and clear to use. It has a very intuitive interface, so I never felt lost inside the program. As soon as I installed it, I started using it without any problems, since its learning curve is almost nonexistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could improve with the progress reports and metrics of the projects, as they are not as complete as they should be nor can they be customized as I would like. Their alerts and reminders of activities and meetings are not arriving in real time, so it was complicated for me to comply with important activities, delaying my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of a work team, where some of us are remotely, so the instructions and tasks must be done online, so this software has helped us enormously, because I can see clearly what I have to do daily, place the completed activities and the progress of my tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is ideal for working with people who work remotely, because it helps to achieve harmony and fluency in the work immediately. Its simple but useful system makes us all know what we have to do and do it in the established time. Undoubtedly, our work dynamics improved.

What do you like best about the product?
SugarCRM is unique in it's own way having many features like sale projection, follow-up pipeline generation, lead mapping, etc. We can optimise the given lead to generate more revenue with timely follow-ups and reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major setback of SugarCRM it's stability, the CRM crashes inbetween the work and take few hours to get the connection. SugarCRM has many features than other CRM tools in the market, so it's little difficult for the freshers to start with SugarCRM.

I'm using SugarCRM as my Customer relationship management software and sales enablement tool which helping me on daily basis to generate revenues and to build strong positive follow-ups. I efficiently maintain the profile of my existing clients with the help of SugarCRM.
A great CRM that's constantly improving upon itself
What do you like best about the product?
As an administration specialist for SugarCRM, I enjoy the ease of access to the admin tools and the clarity of how they are used properly. It makes password resets, deactivating users and more much quicker to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
If not kept organized, records can become messy. This can easily be avoided with proper maintenance by users and their managers to avoid too many duplicates or unclear records.

Our users have a vast database of customer & office information as updated by their teams and themselves. This gives both users and managers clear insight into how their teams are communicating with their leads.
