  • January 18, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
This is a nifty system designed such that you are able to see all your sales or marketing related activities, share them with the team, track progress in client engagement and be able to extract reports periodically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports typically take long to load. Also, I have found the wheels spinning for extended periods of time when I try to search for an account or person. I wish it was easier to get to the information I need with fewer clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell is basically managing customer interactions and engagements, and helps to monitor progress made with leads. It is beneficial for documentation of all the salient data with reference to selling and marketing activities. I am very interested in its reporting capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows customization and adding modules for outside applications, dashboards and reports allow us to see what is going on and see trends with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be more customizable or better designed. In addition additional keyboard shortcuts being able to be programmed would be invaluable.

This organizes our outbound sales, and allows us to better serve and contact those customers.

Colossal Functionality With Decreased Market Awareness

  • January 13, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sugar is incredibly customizable. Essentially, the world is your oyster, so if you have the focus and commitment to build from scratch, this will let you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sugar is not as well-known of a CRM as other options, so things like integrations become more burdensome when additional services that need to be integrated are limited to those who know Sugar and have worked with them before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sugar Sell is providing an area for us to capture both a database of our current clients as well as structure our lead management and sales funnel. This allows for both side of our sales organization to operate in the same system and have visibility.

Having 2 windows open while making phone calls can cause duplicate records.

Flexible product that could use more 3rd party apps

  • January 11, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible and customizable the platform is. It really allows you to customize it so meet your organization's needs with little-to-no programming knowledge. The Studio functionality as well as the Process Definitions allow admins to built staight forward automations to help minimize tedious administration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem with Sugar is that there are few integrations and 3rd party apps available. If you're using it as a CRM, you want to be able to plug that customer data into multiple platforms. While different applications recognize other platforms like Salesforce, it's rate that Sugar will be one of the native integrations. Even Zapier doesn't work perfectly as it can be very difficult to look up and edit records in Sugar through integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's automating many of our internal business tasks, saving a great deal fo staff time and input. It's also allowing us to identify and manage the specific data required for our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Action buttons, the ability to customize the application's look and feel based on usage patterns. Filtering, layout changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paging and the way that large lists are loaded. I would love to see the ability to customize and define the number of records to load for each category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're our primary source of email campaigns and information storage for our customer relationship information.

Co Driver Review

  • January 05, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to set reminder for myself when I have to follow something up with a customer. This way , when I go back to see the customer next time everything is up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annual leave is time-consuming to enter into the system.
When I have interruptions to my schedule, I find the system is clunky when I want these changes reflected in Co-driver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Co-Driver is helping me remember all the quotes, leads and orders I have outstanding. This makes my role more professional and organised, reulting in better customer service.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
An easy way to follow up on projects, I like the customer data as well (useful to know who are the contacts)
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate does not keep track of added informations as to winners and bidders, I have to fill them up for every duplicate profile I create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track on our projects, we see easily the value and the dates, it's a common tool everyone can look up, friendly user.

Automation, pipeline, integrations, included pre-configured app and all the administration on hand.

  • December 27, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most satisfying feature is having the complete administration, personalizations and integrations on my end so I can make my instance as my company is developing in time.
Plus, having all the automation needed at a no-code level is lovely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sugar Sell has so many features; the only dislike that we have is that it is very exhaustive to have all of them enabled in one stage; we needed to do more implementation stages to get all of the features running.
But looking at it is the best kind of problem that we could have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have total control of the commercial efforts, follow-ups, cash flow, forecast and interactions between executives and our team.
Also, we use it as a reporting motor, having all the dashboards we need in and between departments.
