What do you like best about the product?
Very engaged team with quick turnaround times.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like a good bit of low value non-fraud orders are cancelled and the color scheme on the website is not easy on the eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to address reroutes back to the warehouses on orders Riskified has approved and later identified as fraud.

What do you like best about the product?
The Riskified integration with our system is a seamless process. The staff are very helpful and communicating with us on best actions to reduce risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there hasn't been anything that has been a problem that the team has not helped resolved. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped us pass along good customers and are declining the true fraud transactions.

Riskified Gets It Done!

What do you like best about the product?
Riskified is reliable and attentive. Any time I have a question I am able to reach out to the support team for help. I
What do you dislike about the product?
The part about Riskified that I dislike is when a customers order gets canceled and they are a good customer. I would like there to be some sort of reporting back to Riskified so that they can adjust to customers also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are at a 97% approval rate on total orders. We realized that with manual fraud review we were canceling good orders and allowing bad orders to go through. Riskifieds techniques are second to none.

Don't wait!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set all incoming orders to automatically go through Riskified's platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had better explanations of why an order is declined. If we cancel an order because it was marked my Riskified we often have customers that ask what happened. Based on the information provided we don't always have a real reason for the decline and cancelled order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We avoid having issues with chargebacks and fraud customers/orders
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to set up and the response time is quick. I have never had issues getting the reports that authorize approval or a decline within a timely matter.
